• Monitor AR aging and proactively lead collection efforts across regions • Partner with PMs to resolve billing disputes and remove barriers to payment • Escalate high-risk or delinquent accounts appropriately • Act as a strategic partner to PMs, Area Leaders, and Finance • Partner with Project Accountants and Projects Controls Specialists to ensure accurate invoicing, issue resolution management and maintain mutual payment terms with clients • Track key AR metrics including DSO, aging trends, and unbilled WIP • Provide executive-ready summaries highlighting risks and opportunities • Drive standardization of AR processes across Verdantas utilizing automation and systems enhancements • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements • Identify and implement process improvements within systems and workflows

• Conduct specialized inspections of construction projects, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems • Verify that construction work complies with approved plans, specifications, and applicable building codes • Document inspection findings and prepare detailed reports for project managers and stakeholders • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to address and resolve any issues or discrepancies • Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations • Conduct safety audits and ensure that all safety protocols are being followed on-site • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on inspection findings and site conditions

• Responsible for the assessment, modeling, and management of groundwater and surface water systems. • Conduct hydrogeologic and environmental data collection, including field sampling, monitoring, and analysis. • Perform groundwater and surface water modeling to evaluate resource availability, flow dynamics, and contaminant transport. • Prepare technical specifications, permit applications, renewals, annual reports, and regulatory documentation. • Design, test, and rehabilitate production wells and underground injection wells.

• Manage end-to-end IT integration lifecycle for M&A transactions, from due diligence through post-close integration • Collaborate with corporate development and IT leadership to assess technology landscapes, risks, and opportunities of target companies • Develop detailed IT integration plans, timelines, and budgets aligned with business goals and deal strategy • Serve as the primary liaison between IT, business units, vendors, and acquired entities to ensure alignment and communication • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to data migration, system compatibility, cybersecurity, and compliance • Drive user adoption and change management strategies to support smooth transitions • Provide regular updates to executive leadership on project status, milestones, risks, and KPIs • Manage third-party vendors and consultants involved in integration activities

• System management of projects including project setup, maintenance, invoicing, and project closure • Partner with Project Managers to finalize and submit client invoices each month • Work closely with Project Managers on project financials • Monitor Work In Progress (WIP) and aging Accounts Receivables (AR) • Evaluate and process project setup and amendment documents, ensuring compliance with internal controls • Work independently to organize and prioritize workload, manage deadlines successfully • Provide excellent client customer service. Respond to client inquiries by telephone or in writing • Prepare internal and external audit support and respond to inquiries from Project Accounting Managers and Finance Managers • Assist in collections of aging AR; correspond with project managers, clients, and/or collections agencies to resolve problems and expedite payment • Assist employees with troubleshooting the company accounting system • Assist Project Accounting Managers with ad hoc projects • Project initiation and maintenance in Vantagepoint Billing and WIP analysis • Initial draft through final invoice preparation and distribution • Support project managers in the review and changes needed for invoicing • Create transactions to modify invoices as necessary • Obtain appropriate approvals for write-offs • Accounts Receivable support to project managers

• Responsible for end-to-end project management for natural gas, pipeline and facility engineering projects • Leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering predictable outcomes across scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and risk • Partners closely with technical leaders and clients • Supports regional growth and contributes to long-range planning and business development.

• Oversee the development of energy projects—including natural gas-fired generation, solar and wind generation, and energy storage—from inception through construction and commissioning. • Manage existing projects and contribute to expanding Verdantas’s project portfolio. • Lead multidisciplinary technical projects, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure quality standards. • Coordinate federal, state, and local permits and studies. • Review contracts and project team deliverables for accuracy and compliance. • Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices. • Expand existing client accounts and develop new energy clients. • Prepare proposals, budgets, and schedules for new projects. • Participate in marketing, technical presentations, and client meetings. • Build and lead project teams across the organization. • Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative work environment. • Support talent acquisition and staff development. • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and technologies. • Understand supply/demand, policy, markets, and financial metrics for project success. • Innovate and identify new service areas in response to market changes.

• Define and maintain the ServiceNow roadmap aligned with organizational goals. • Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for platform usage. • Ensure compliance with licensing, security, and regulatory requirements. • Oversee platform architecture and integration with other enterprise systems. • Evaluate new ServiceNow modules and features for adoption. • Ensure scalability and performance optimization. • Act as the primary liaison between IT, business units, and ServiceNow developers. • Gather requirements and prioritize enhancements based on business needs. • Communicate platform updates and changes to stakeholders. • Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity. • Manage upgrades, patches, and releases in coordination with technical teams. • Ensure proper incident, problem, and change management processes for the platform. • Provide guidance to ServiceNow administrators, developers, and process owners. • Oversee vendor relationships and manage third-party support contracts.

• Support energy sector projects in Georgia and throughout the southeastern U.S., including routing and siting • Prepare and manage environmental documents for compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) • Manage projects involving listed species surveys, permitting, and/or relocations, including gopher tortoise and other listed species surveys • Manage projects involving jurisdictional wetland and stream determinations • Prepare and manage permit applications and compliance documentation for Georgia Environmental Protection Division (GA EPD), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) • Manage projects that may include research, field data collection efforts, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) coordination and technical report preparation • Participate in meetings with clients and regulatory agencies • Coordinate staffing needs, workload distribution, and quality control for Georgia and regional projects • Assist with marketing efforts, proposal preparation, project scoping, and budget development • Support strategic growth of Verdantas’ ecological projects in the Southeast • Conduct occasional overnight and/or weekend travel to remote field sites and operate field vehicles and equipment

• Administer and support Verdantas’ Health & Safety Program • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies • Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions • Manage incidents and lead investigations • Develop emergency response plans and procedures
