Role Description As an Associate, you will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales strategies in the assigned market. You will drive primary sales, secondary sales, and ensure brand presence in defined markets. You will supervise/manage the distributor network to achieve desired sales objectives, thereby ensuring achievement of financial and ethical objectives of the division as per the business strategy. To achieve this, you will have the authority to: - Develop your customer management plan - Approve expiry products and issue credit notes for distributors under your control - Recommend appointment and credit limits of distributors - Develop, execute & plan your resource utilization - Participate in Strategy Execution review meetings to ensure alignment You have a very important role to play in the Division's success. Investor Reporting Associate

• Report loan activity records accurately and on time to Investors. • Perform monthly reconciliations in accordance with investor requirements. • Maintain remittance schedules and ensure the timely delivery of funds. • Apply amortization schedules to loan data for proper reporting. • Collaborate with internal departments and understand the impact of servicing events on reporting. • Utilize internally developed systems and tools in order to perform root cause analysis • Use Excel (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and basic formulas) and Google Workspace tools to manage reporting data. • Other duties as assigned
• Process stock plan transactions including plan setup, participant account reviews, reconciliations, and issue resolution • Support equity transactions related to RSU vestings, ESPP events, option exercises, and 10b5-1 instructions • Initiate and monitor DWAC and DTC transfers while coordinating with clearing firms to ensure accurate settlement • Reconcile trade executions, allocations, and participant accounts across multiple platforms • Research and resolve operational, trading, and account-related exceptions • Partner with internal stakeholders to support stock plan trading activities and operational readiness • Support audits, compliance requests, process improvements, and daily service activities to deliver an exceptional client experience
