• Leads and manages end-to-end foreclosure functions to ensure the foreclosure portfolio is processed in compliance with all state and federal laws, while adhering to Investor, Insurer, Agency, and company guidelines. • Proactively monitors and stays current with pending regulatory, statutory, and investor guideline changes that could impact foreclosure processes, ensuring timely implementation of necessary updates. • Develops, enhances, and implements accurate and timely functional reporting to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure efficiency, and identify areas for improvement. • Oversees day-to-day internal and external relationships, establishing and monitoring service delivery, productivity, and quality standards with attorneys, vendors, and other business partners. • Collaborates with key stakeholders across the organization, including Compliance, Risk, Bankruptcy, Loss Mitigation, and Loan Servicing, to drive continuous quality improvement and operational efficiencies. • Translates the organization’s strategic direction, policies, and structural requirements into actionable plans that enhance foreclosure operations and mitigate risks. • Identifies and recommends process improvement opportunities within the department and cross-functionally to streamline workflows and minimize risk exposure. • Prepares and delivers updates, presentations, and performance reports to Senior Leaders and key stakeholders, providing insights on foreclosure trends, regulatory changes, and operational challenges. • Ensures strict adherence to departmental and business policies while fostering a culture of compliance and accountability. • Prioritizes and allocates workload effectively to meet critical deadlines and ensure timely and accurate resolutions for both internal and external partners.

• Report loan activity records accurately and on time to Investors. • Perform monthly reconciliations in accordance with investor requirements. • Maintain remittance schedules and ensure the timely delivery of funds. • Apply amortization schedules to loan data for proper reporting. • Collaborate with internal departments and understand the impact of servicing events on reporting. • Utilize internally developed systems and tools in order to perform root cause analysis • Use Excel (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and basic formulas) and Google Workspace tools to manage reporting data. • Other duties as assigned

• Serve as clients’ primary point of contact for all things requests, process updates, and troubleshooting. • Monitor Valon’s Client Support inbox and coordinate across business units to address client needs according to relevant SLAs. • Respond to written and verbal client inquiries. • Document paths toward resolution in order to ensure efficiency in resolving similar future requests. • Update relevant materials for monthly MBR meetings with clients and internal subject matter experts. • Coordinate and manage end-to-end client onboarding processes. • Develop scalable processes and templates in anticipation of further team and client-base growth. • Manage all processes related to FNMA Loan Quality Connect. • Coordinate in-person on-sites and assist with preparing relevant diligence materials and requests in advance. • Other duties as assigned.

• Serve as a primary administrator and subject matter expert for business-critical systems, including Zendesk, Qualtrics platforms, NICE CXone, DocuSign, and related operational tools. • Lead system implementations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives from discovery through deployment. • Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions. • Analyze operational workflows and proactively identify opportunities to automate processes, reduce manual effort, and improve employee efficiency. • Own complex system configurations, integrations, permissions, routing logic, and business rules. • Develop and maintain system documentation, process maps, governance standards, and training materials. • Design and deliver reporting, dashboards, and business insights that support operational decision-making and executive visibility. • Investigate and resolve escalated system issues while driving root cause analysis and long-term solutions. • Establish and monitor system performance metrics, adoption trends, and service level expectations. • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on business systems best practices. • Support change management efforts and facilitate stakeholder adoption of new processes and technologies.

• Lead End-to-End Program Management: Own the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical programs from conception through launch, including defining scope, setting timelines, and managing risks. • Drive Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between multiple engineering teams, product managers, design, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared understanding. • Optimize Development Processes: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, predictability, and quality across the product development lifecycle. • Manage Stakeholder Expectations: Proactively communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. • Mitigate Risks and Resolve Issues: Identify potential roadblocks and actively work to resolve technical, operational, and organizational challenges that may impact program delivery. • Define and Track Metrics: Establish clear success metrics for programs and regularly track progress, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making. • Contribute to Team Growth: As our second TPM, you'll have a unique opportunity to help define the vision, strategy, and best practices for the TPM function at Valon.

• Design and support end-to-end lifecycle of workforce identity systems including identity automation, access management, and least-privilege enforcement across internal systems • Support design of secure identity design patterns for product teams building on ValonOS • Manage and evolve Valon's IdP in conjunction with IT including SSO integrations, MFA policies, conditional access rules, and directory synchronization • Define and enforce RBAC and group-based access policies for internal applications, cloud environments, and development tooling • Support privileged access management (PAM) for internal infrastructure in conjunction with Engineering teams • Design and build AI-assisted workflows that automate and accelerate core IAM operations • Evaluate AI risks across IAM pipelines, ensuring appropriate security controls around data exposure, prompt injection and other threats • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Compliance, Legal, and other teams to identify and drive mitigation for data security risks • Support other operational and on-call duties such as vulnerability management, regulatory compliance (SOC 2, CCPA, NYDFS, FTC), policy development, incident response and security reviews.

• Manage and expand Valon's security and privacy compliance program across key frameworks and regulations (e.g., SOC 2, NYDFS Cybersecurity Regulation, FTC Safeguards Rule, CCPA and evolving regulations) • Build and scale modern Security GRC capabilities that leverage AI-enabled tools and processes, reducing manual overhead while optimizing risk and compliance operations • Support AI security standards development and risk processes • Design, develop and monitor technical security controls • Lead audit preparation and management • Maintain and evolve Valon's risk management practices; facilitate risk assessments across teams and track remediation of identified issues to closure • Develop, publish, and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures in partnership with IT, Engineering and Legal • Build and mature Valon's Data Governance program including secure data handling practices • Enhance BC/DR risk management practices and processes • Partner with Engineering and Product to assess security compliance implications of new features, infrastructure changes, and data flows • Manage security compliance, regulatory requirements, and customer-facing due diligence, while supporting operational security activities including advisory reviews, incident management, and issue remediation

• Define and evolve product security architecture for Valon’s multi-tenant SaaS platform • Support secure implementation of customer-facing security capabilities in conjunction with Engineering (e.g., authentication / authorization models, identity integration, access controls, audit and logging, encryption / key management) • Build and maintain security reference architectures and standardized secure design patterns for product teams • Lead threat modeling, security design and code reviews for new features, services, and major architectural changes • Design and build AI-assisted workflows that automate and accelerate product security areas • Evaluate AI risks across internal and external applications • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Compliance, Legal, and other teams to identify and drive mitigation for product and data security risks • Support vulnerability triage, remediation strategy, and root cause analysis for product security issues • Support security compliance and regulatory needs (e.g., SOC 2, CCPA, NYDFS, FTC), including customer-facing security discussions and due diligence • Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures • Support operational activities including security advisory and consultative reviews, incident response, issue remediation, and other security processes

• Own and optimize Valon’s core data infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency as data volume and complexity grow. • Design and extend multi-tenant data architectures to support a scalable SaaS model. • Evaluate and improve warehouse design, data models, and schema strategies to minimize redundancy and maximize query performance. • Lead and execute infrastructure migrations with minimal downtime and high data integrity. • Build and maintain custom ingestion pipelines for data sources not covered by ELT vendors. • Build or integrate observability tooling for pipeline health, latency, data freshness, drift detection, and schema change monitoring. • Optimize data transformation jobs for speed and cost efficiency, identifying performance bottlenecks and refactoring as needed. • Establish and run routine maintenance processes to ensure data quality, stability, and platform consistency. • Drive a culture of data reliability engineering by codifying best practices, automation, and operational excellence. • Define and communicate the long-term data infrastructure roadmap, aligning technical evolution with Valon’s business growth. • Think strategically: What does our infrastructure need to look like at 10x or 100x scale? • Partner closely with the analytics team to enable faster insights through better tooling, performance, and documentation. • Act as a force multiplier for the broader data team - mentoring on best practices and improving development velocity across pipelines and models. • Collaborate with platform and product teams to design systems that meet business, operational, and regulatory requirements. • Occasionally take on complex, non-infrastructure data projects, such as data products or analytical initiatives, to stay close to end-user needs and maintain empathy with analysts.

• Lead end-to-end design of foundational platform capabilities, reusable patterns, and our design system, enhancing usability and accelerating product development across the organization. • Contribute to product strategy, bringing a strong user-centered perspective and helping the team identify the most important initiatives to work on and why. • Drive deep user understanding through quantitative and qualitative research—serving the needs of mortgage servicing operators, deployment strategists, and technical teams alike. • Partner closely with cross-functional partners and other internal product teams to identify shared requirements and deliver generalized tools and systems that solve for broad use cases, reduce redundancy, and promote consistency. • Mentor designers and cross-functional partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuously raising the bar for product quality and craft.
