AbbVie
• Be the direct contact for key stakeholders to communicate the value proposition • Develop customer relationships while maximizing opportunities based on strong account plans • Drive Sales for target HCPs across channels • Develop SMART pre-call objectives in line with territory plans • Handle objections and concerns effectively • Educate medical providers and other decision-makers • Identify and develop advocates • Manage stakeholder meetings • Analyze sales reports and adapt territory plan as needed • Collaborate with local cross-functional teams • Adhere to industry and AbbVie compliance requirements
Job Requirements
- Proven Pharmaceutical sales success
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Solutions-focused, positive attitude
- Strategic mindset and strong analytics proficiency
- Ability to engage with digital capabilities
- Experience within Immunology and/or specialty secondary care advantageous but not essential
- ABPI qualified preferred
- Full driving license required
