Role Description Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is hiring a Sales Trainer to assist in training our growing sales teams across the nation. - Host Virtual Sales training classes on a monthly basis for our Jacuzzi Bath Remodel locations across the nation. - Assumes ownership of training the entire sales process to include: - Teaching soft skills - In home demonstrations - Product knowledge - 'One-call-close' - Conducts role-playing activities to develop sales skills (negotiation, overcoming objections, and closing sales). - Uses technology to enhance and optimize the learning opportunity. - Continually develops and enhances training materials. - Position is a remote opportunity, however candidates residing in or around these locations highly preferred: - Portland, OR - Seattle, WA - Phoenix, AZ - Tucson, AZ - Atlanta, GA - St. Louis, MO - Detroit, MI - Miami, FL - Houston, TX - Chino, CA Qualifications - 2+ years of proven Sales Training experience (training in one-call-close environments highly preferred!) - Demonstrated sales success in the home improvement industry, preferably bathroom remodeling. - Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. - Exceptional communication and facilitation skills. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Excellent presentation skills in front of large groups. Requirements - Compensation is $76,000+ based on relevant experience.
