Job Description

SMB Account Executive

Teramind

• Use behavioral data, intent signals, and industry changes to personalize outreach and target vertical-specific pain points — not mass messaging. • Run efficient discovery calls (30 minutes or less) that quickly categorize prospects into Security, Productivity, or Process opportunities. • Position the platform as workforce intelligence, not surveillance, and demonstrate how features like OMNI and Timmy Copilot reduce time spent analyzing dashboards. • Partner with SMB ecosystems such as MSPs, HR consultants, and accountants to drive referrals and expand pipeline. • Proactively address privacy concerns by highlighting privacy-first architecture, including visual redaction and offline recording.

Job Requirements

  • A proven hunter mindset with at least 40% of pipeline sourced independently. You know how to create momentum beyond inbound leads.
  • 2–4 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, data analytics, or HR tech. Comfortable discussing insider risk, DLP, and ROI with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience using tools like HubSpot and Apollo to execute structured outbound sequences and manage performance.
  • Strong demo skills with the ability to adapt in real time based on prospect priorities.
  • Extreme ownership and coachability — you analyze performance, refine quickly, and continuously improve.

Benefits

  • Collaboration with a forward-thinking team where new ideas come to life, experience is valued, and talent is incubated.
  • Competitive compensation
  • Career growth opportunities
  • Flexible paid time off
  • Laptop reimbursement

You serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partner clients, acting as both trusted advisor and account strategist. You’re passionate about helping clients succeed with our co-branded financial planning solutions, focusing on driving long-term satisfaction, growth, and expansion across accounts. You build deep relationships with senior client stakeholders, manage cross-functional internal teams, and identify ways to maximize value. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in client account management, customer success, or program management roles in SaaS or fintech environments. - Experience evolving or scaling an account management/customer success practice at an early-stage or fast-growing company. - Proven track record of growing and expanding large, sophisticated accounts. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills, including experience working with internal and external executive stakeholders. - Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and commercial acumen. - Self-directed and comfortable with latitude, ambiguity, and shifting priorities. - Experience in financial planning, wellness, or benefits platforms is a strong plus. - Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events. Salary Range $120,000 - $160,000 DOE Benefits - Inclusive hiring process that encourages applications from individuals of all backgrounds. - Commitment to providing reasonable accommodations for applicants with differing abilities throughout the recruitment process. - Fostering a diverse and inclusive culture.
