Senior Partner Enablement Manager

Twilio

• Act as the primary point of contact for the Global Partnerships Team. • Architect, build, and maintain high-quality enablement content tailored specifically for the Twilio partner motion. • Lead dynamic virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps for the Twilio GTM Team. • Collaborate with the Partnerships organizations, Product, GTM Sales Enablement, Partnerships, and Product teams. • Track, analyze, and report on enablement metrics to prove training effectiveness. • Partner with executive stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and execute an enablement roadmap. • Consult with partner leadership and cross-functional teams to embed a unified partner narrative across the broader Twilio GTM motion.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Partner/Channel Enablement, or Instructional Design within the SaaS, Cloud, or CPaaS industries.
  • Deep understanding of channel ecosystems, partner personas (SI, ISV, Reseller).
  • Proven experience building modern learning curricula using tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise, Camtasia, and modern Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage a diverse global audience.
  • Ability to build trust rapidly with VP-level executives and cross-functional teams.

Role Description As an Account Coordinator, Paid Social, your primary function will be to provide vital production support for your account team. Day-to-day responsibilities include: - Learning the fundamentals of DEPT’s paid social marketing methodologies. - Sharpening your technical skills in Excel by demonstrating proficiency in sorting, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and v-lookups. - Implementing tasks via Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest Ads Manager platforms. - Uploading & editing campaigns, targeting methods, ads, keywords, placements, negatives, and other standard account management tasks. - Identifying performance trends, understanding the metrics, and developing report write-ups with clear explanations and insights. - Understanding bidding methodologies and the strategy behind bid adjustments. - Updating, monitoring, and communicating budget pacing performance to the wider team while flagging any areas that are pacing above/below KPIs. - Successfully speaking to channel performance on client calls.
