Job Requirements

  • Advanced English, in writing and speaking
  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, B2B sales, or commercial customer success
  • Active commercial profile, comfortable with prospecting, negotiation, and building relationships from scratch
  • Strong negotiation and long-term relationship management skills
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and Google Workspace
  • Organized, proactive, solutions-oriented profile
  • Comfortable with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude)
  • Availability and willingness to attend in-person industry events

What You’ll Do: As a Customer Account Manager, you will be a part of a team of sales professionals focused on driving Annual Recurring Revenue growth through cross-selling of additional products and the expansion and retention of the installed products across our customer and partner base. This role is critical in expanding our relationships with customers and partners while helping them deliver industry-leading cybersecurity to their customers through the Huntress platform. Reporting to the Manager of Account Management, this is a high-impact, high-visibility role.
