• Manage the activities of print projects and develop project plans to support client’s marketing strategy • Evaluate, analyze and create solutions for current and new opportunities • Collect project specifications from Client and available resources • Communicate project specifications to internal/external stakeholders • Keep communication open to ensure projects are delivered as agreed upon • Optimize and drive controlled schedules across the company and cross-functional teams • Set and meet deadlines with quality deliverables • Develop and manage project timelines and task lists • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience
- 3+ years of Account Management experience
- 3+ years of experience working in print, direct mail, and/or signage
- Superior customer service skills
- PMP helpful
- In-depth knowledge of print services and capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong experience working with Microsoft products, such as excel, word and outlook.
