Job Description

Senior Product Manager – Growth & Acquisition

Evolve

• Own the acquisition product strategy across segments — define the funnel for both operator and single-owner acquisition, identify the conversion levers unique to each, and build the product experience that takes users from "interested" to "activated." • Design and run growth experiments end-to-end: write the hypothesis, scope the build, measure the result, make the call. Ship fast, kill fast, scale what works. • Lead discovery: talk to customers across the spectrum — from portfolio operators to first-time hosts — and translate those insights into a differentiated product roadmap. • Partner with Marketing and Sales on go-to-market execution — you own the product side of campaigns, not just the feature side. • Define and own your KPIs. Build dashboards, track cohorts, and report on acquisition and activation performance without delegating the analysis. • Bring a technical perspective to every initiative — you can write a spec, debate an architecture tradeoff, and spot when an engineering estimate is off.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time in acquisition, growth, or PLG roles.
  • You think in funnels. You've owned conversion rate, CAC, activation rate, or similar metrics and moved them — ideally across more than one segment or acquisition model.
  • Growth-oriented: you've run controlled experiments, built holdout groups, and made product decisions from the results.
  • Technical depth: comfortable writing SQL, reading API docs, and working at the spec level with engineers.
  • Full-cycle PM experience — you've taken products from discovery through research, spec, build, launch, and iteration.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, marketplace, multi-sided platforms, or consumer subscription products. Bonus if you've worked with customers who manage a portfolio of assets or juggle both a self-serve and sales-assisted funnel.
  • Hands-on with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap). You build your own funnels and dashboards; you don't outsource your data work.
  • AI-fluent. You use Claude, Cursor, or similar tools actively in your workflow — for writing specs, synthesizing research, accelerating analysis. This is a baseline, not a differentiator.
  • Familiar with basic CRM, CMS, and no-code tools — enough to make lightweight content or page changes without waiting on engineering.
  • Self-starter. You identify the next problem and you bring the solution with it.

Benefits

  • Industry-competitive pay, equity in the company, and a 401(k) with a 4% immediate vesting match.
  • 16-18 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 10 weeks for non-birthing parents, plus infertility coverage.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, with 100% employer-paid dental and vision for individual coverage, a low-cost medical option, 10 free mental health visits, and pet insurance.
  • Generous PTO, RTO (for full-time exempt employees), sick leave, holidays, and a personal holiday to celebrate what matters most to you.
  • Annual Evolve travel credit after one year and discounts on stays at all Evolve properties.
  • World-class onboarding programs, learning, and development resources to help you grow your impact.
  • Employee Resource Groups celebrating our diverse communities at Evolve.
