• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Webflow's agent surfaces: the Webflow AI Assistant, MCP, Agent Instructions, and the AI platform underneath that powers our prompt-based agent experiences. You'll set the direction and drive it through to delivery with Engineering, Design, and Data. • Make it all work as one. Sequence the work so the surfaces reinforce each other, build shared primitives once so they serve 1st-party and 3rd-party agents alike, and keep teams aligned so we ship a coherent product rather than the org chart. • Set the standard for what "good" means when products never behave the same way twice. Define the quality bar for agent experiences, and the evals, guardrails, and metrics that hold the whole area to it. • Serve developers and creators at the same time. Balance developer-grade surfaces like MCP and APIs against an approachable assistant for visual, less-technical creators, without shortchanging either. • Drive alignment across Webflow, not just your own teams. Represent the agent area to leadership, turn strategy into committed plans, and navigate cross-functional disagreement across Engineering, GTM, and beyond independently and constructively. • Roll up your sleeves and build. Product Managers at Webflow deliver value any way they can, up to and including contributing to the product directly in code. Role Description À titre de Technicien en soutien à l'introduction de produits, vous ferez partie de l’équipe d’ingénierie matérielle d’Octasic. La personne occupant ce poste participe à l’assemblage, à la modification et à la validation de prototypes afin de s’assurer qu’ils respectent les exigences et la documentation d’ingénierie. Vous relèverez du chef d’équipe Hardware. - Assembler des harnais de câblage pour les activités de prototypage; - Effectuer le soudage de composants SMT ainsi que de fils destinés aux harnais; - Réaliser les premiers assemblages mécaniques des nouveaux produits à partir des dessins d’assemblage; - Maintenir l’inventaire du matériel utilisé pour les prototypes; - Assurer le suivi des modifications apportées aux cartes électroniques à l’aide des numéros de série; - Déterminer les méthodes appropriées pour appliquer des modifications aux circuits imprimés (PCB); - Contribuer à la documentation des reprises et modifications de cartes électroniques (cut & jump); - Soutenir les équipes de production en leur transmettant les détails d’assemblage des nouveaux produits; - Communiquer aux équipes d’ingénierie les opportunités d’amélioration identifiées durant les activités de prototypage et d’assemblage; - Exécuter des essais conformément aux plans de qualification établis par l’ingénierie. Qualifications - Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire; - Maîtrise des techniques d’assemblage mécanique et de l’utilisation d’outils de fixation; - Capacité à lire et interpréter des schémas électroniques de PCB; - Capacité à lire et interpréter des dessins de câblage et de harnais; - Capacité à lire et interpréter des dessins mécaniques et des schémas de câblage; - Capacité à assurer le suivi de multiples modifications sur différents prototypes (numéro de série, numéro de changement, version logicielle, etc.); - Capacité à faire des tests en électronique (test RF un atout); - Aptitude à travailler de façon autonome tout en collaborant efficacement au sein d’une équipe; - Maîtrise fonctionnelle du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, afin de communiquer efficacement avec l’ensemble des intervenants.

• Governance and Scope Protection: Act as the single point of contact between business areas, the PMO and vendors, validating requests and assessing impacts on budget, technical risks and architecture. • Strategic Direction: Define the implementation strategy and maintain the high-level roadmap, prioritizing the backlog based on business value, risks and system dependencies. • Stakeholder Management and Reporting: Conduct alignment meetings with leaders from various areas (payroll, timekeeping, RTS), manage executive expectations and report consolidated status. • Risk and Quality Management: Identify critical schedule and cost risks, define contingency plans and ensure readiness for UAT and a successful go-live. • Delivery Accountability: Hold operational teams accountable for deliveries within agreed timelines, taking final responsibility for implementation results and the cutover plan. • Test and Deployment Management: Validate test scripts (UAT), ensure adherence to acceptance criteria and monitor the production checklist during the first days post-deployment. • Vendor Management: Manage contracts, scope, SLAs and schedules with vendors.
