Job Requirements

  • College diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • CHRP, CHRL, Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR), or equivalent professional designation
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Experience utilizing Workday and related talent acquisition technologies
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment best practices
  • Experience in a national, complex, multi-site organization
  • Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.

Role Description As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while serving as a trusted advisor to Operations, HR, and executive leadership.
