Job Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting for Engineering, Data, or Product roles within tech scale-ups or high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of technical hiring landscapes — from modern engineering stacks to data and product org design
- Proficiency with sourcing and hiring tools — LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse, Ashby), and analytics dashboards
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders such as CTOs, VPs, and Product leaders
- Excellent communication and organisational skills — able to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with comfort navigating technical complexity and ambiguity

Role Description As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle while serving as a trusted advisor to Operations, HR, and executive leadership. You'll be responsible for: - Owning full-cycle recruitment for clinical, caregiver, operational, and corporate positions across assigned markets. - Building proactive talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill healthcare positions, including Registered Nurses, Therapists, and Operations leadership. - Developing market-specific recruiting strategies that align with business priorities and growth initiatives. - Partnering with hiring managers and Operations leaders to understand workforce needs, hiring challenges, and long-term staffing strategies. - Conducting recruiter screens, coordinating interviews, and guiding hiring teams through the selection process. - Managing offers, negotiations, and candidate communication while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. - Leveraging Indeed, referrals, networking, Boolean searches, and other sourcing strategies to identify top talent. - Utilizing recruiting metrics and labor market data to improve hiring outcomes and influence recruiting decisions. - Maintaining accurate recruiting activity within our Applicant Tracking System (ADP Recruiting Management). - Identifying opportunities to improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction. - Supporting employer branding, recruitment marketing, and special Talent Acquisition initiatives.
