Role Description This is a direct sales role, not a traditional management position. Roboze is looking for a technical sales hunter who can open strategic industrial accounts, develop high-value opportunities and personally close deals. The VP Sales – Industrial Systems will be responsible for building Roboze’s commercial presence across selected industrial verticals in the United States, with a clear mandate: - Identify customers with urgent manufacturing needs - Create qualified pipeline - Convert opportunities into machine sales, recurring revenues and long-term production programs This is a single contributor role for a senior seller who is comfortable owning the full sales cycle directly: - Prospecting - Discovery - Technical qualification - Executive engagement - Application mapping - Proposal development - Negotiation - Closing The ideal candidate must combine strong commercial instincts with a technical understanding of manufacturing, industrial equipment, automation, production technologies or advanced materials. This person must be able to speak with plant managers, engineering leaders, manufacturing executives, operations teams and C-level decision makers, translating technical applications into business value. Roboze is not looking for a corporate sales manager or a team coordinator. We are looking for someone who will travel, meet customers face to face, build trust in the field and personally win deals.
