Salesforce Architect - Field Service Management

Role Description - Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Field Service Management (FSM) solutions. - Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions and best practices. - Design and oversee FSM workflows including: - Service Territories - Service Resources - Work Orders and Work Types - Scheduling and Optimization - Service Appointments - Dispatcher Console - Mobile Workforce Management - Define solution architecture and technical design standards for Salesforce Service Cloud and FSM implementations. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants. - Review and guide development activities, ensuring adherence to architecture standards, security requirements, and Salesforce best practices. - Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce FSM, Service Cloud, MuleSoft, and third-party enterprise applications. - Collaborate with development teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and custom solutions where required. - Ensure scalability, performance optimization, security, and maintainability of Salesforce solutions. - Lead solution governance, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. - Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, technical design documents, configuration guides, and implementation documentation. - Support user adoption initiatives, training efforts, and post-deployment enhancements. - Provide ongoing recommendations for solution optimization and continuous improvement. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. - 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including: - 5+ years in Salesforce architecture or solution design roles. - 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Field Service Management (FSM) experience. - Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Management implementations. - Deep knowledge of FSM components including: - Territory Planning and Management - Scheduling Policies - Optimization Techniques - Dispatcher Console - Service Appointments with Multi-Modality Scheduling - Mobile Workforce Management and Mobile App Configuration - Experience designing scalable solutions using Salesforce declarative tools including Flows and automation frameworks. - Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, and integration patterns. - Proven experience leading and mentoring Salesforce development teams. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional Agile teams. - Experience in the healthcare industry.
