Alpha Omega Integration
• Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of Salesforce ecosystem. • Partner closely with implementation partners, business stakeholders, and internal technical teams. • Deliver scalable, well-architected Salesforce solutions. • Design and oversee end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions across single and multi-org environments. • Develop, maintain, and enhance custom Lightning components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce Pages, Apex classes, Platform Events, and APIs. • Architect and support integrations including CTI and MuleSoft. • Evaluate potential technical solutions, weighing benefits and drawbacks. • Establish and champion best practices for Salesforce configuration, customization, and platform governance. • Collaborate with implementation partners and cross-functional teams to define requirements and design solutions. • Contribute to and help evolve architecture standards and guidelines.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience with Salesforce products and the platform (Lightning experience strongly preferred).
- Minimum of two (2) active Salesforce certifications, at or above Administrator (201) level.
- Proven experience implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions in single and multi-org environments, spanning CRM, Experience Cloud, Reports/Dashboards, and Einstein.
- Strong development experience with Aura/LWC components, Visualforce, Apex, Platform Events, APIs, and integration technologies such as CTI and MuleSoft.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and recommend solutions based on tradeoffs, technical feasibility, and long-term maintainability.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working alongside implementation partners and cross-functional internal teams.
- Experience contributing to and aligning with enterprise architecture standards and governance practices.

Role Description We are seeking two skilled Salesforce Developers with hands-on experience in Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC) or Health Cloud, and strong expertise in Vlocity/OmniStudio, to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in building and configuring an Out-of-the-box Subscription Product (OSP) offering, accelerators, and demo environments for our Life Sciences Cloud practice. You will work closely with onshore architects and domain experts to deliver scalable, compliant, and industry-specific Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities - Develop, configure, and customize Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud or Health Cloud solutions based on business requirements. - Utilize Vlocity/OmniStudio tools (DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Matrices, OmniScripts, FlexCards) to build industry-specific functionality. - Assist in building and documenting a reusable OSP (Out-of-the-box Subscription Product) offering for life sciences clients. - Develop accelerators and demo environments for key personas (Sales Rep, Key Account Manager, MSL). - Collaborate with onshore architects and business analysts to translate business use cases into technical user stories and configurations. - Participate in data modeling, object design, and integration with external systems (e.g., EHR, CRM data sources). - Follow Salesforce best practices for security, performance, and compliance (especially for life sciences/pharma domain). - Support the migration/cloning of OSP environments for new client onboarding. - Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to other team members.
