• Call support: You join our intro and skill calls with candidates, listen actively and capture the key points. • Feedback documentation: After the calls you summarize interview notes in a structured way and enter them into our ATS. • Candidate communication: You assist with scheduling, follow-ups and rejections. • Pipeline maintenance: You keep our candidate pipelines up to date and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. • Ad-hoc support: Small research tasks, sourcing assistance and other day-to-day recruiting activities.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting — e.g., from an internship, working-student role or an HR position.
  • Confident handling of candidate conversations: active listening, identifying the right points and recording them clearly.
  • Very good German (spoken and written) and good English.
  • Structured, reliable working style — you document thoroughly and think ahead.
  • Strong communication skills and tact when dealing with people.
  • Availability of approx. 10 hrs/week, ideally spread over 2–3 days.

Role Description We are currently seeking a Remote Senior Acquisition/Financial Management Product Consultant. The incumbent will be responsible for all external DoD activities for NAVAIR Acquisition Management System (AMS) Common Spend Plan Management (CSPT) tool implementation and training.
