Role Description We are currently seeking a Remote Senior Acquisition/Financial Management Product Consultant. The incumbent will be responsible for all external DoD activities for NAVAIR Acquisition Management System (AMS) Common Spend Plan Management (CSPT) tool implementation and training. The position may require minimal travel for both classroom and one-on-one higher-level training events. The incumbent will be responsible for: - Full integration of the AMS CSPT tool, including education of senior leadership on usage and management with visualizations/reports. - Interface with other services/agencies senior leadership on AMS CSPT implementation. - Developing and conducting technical end-user training programs on behalf of a government customer. - Determining training objectives and developing high-quality training materials. - Providing varied format end-user training sessions for audiences with a wide range of computer skills and educational levels. - Regularly interfacing with technical SMEs (e.g., developers, web designers, system administrators, and application experts). This is a remote work position; however, employees must be able and willing to travel and provide in-office or on-site support as required by customer requirements, project demands, or business needs. Qualifications - Retired O6 (or equivalent), Business & Financial Management experience. - DAWIA Level III in Financial Management. - Minimum of 10 years of financial management experience. - Strong DoD financial management background with extensive hands-on experience in DoD acquisition process. - Experience leading teams in the development of financial management documentation to support the procurement process. - Experience teaching in a classroom environment and comfortable working with other DoD services senior leadership. - Self-starter able to manage large projects without supervision. - Training module development and delivery. - Training materials and courseware development. Requirements - Familiarity with Microsoft Office products to include the Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience supporting a Government/systems command organization. - Public speaking and presentation skills. - At least ten (10) years Business & Financial Management experience, of which four (4) years is acquisition management support. - Knowledge and experience to provide more in-depth scenarios for spend plans and financial data. - ERP knowledge and experience. - Knowledge and experience to create business rules and guide new organizations through the CSPT onboarding process. - At least two (2) years of experience in AMS software development support on applications such as PMT, CSPT, or CDRL. - At least two (2) years of experience with software requirements development, with at least one (1) year of experience in agile software development leveraging SharePoint 2013 and Dot.Net. - One (1) year experience in Team Foundation Server (TFS). (Note: All experience may be concurrent). - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. - U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements. Compensation The salary range for this position is $129,285 - $148,678.00 (annualized USD). Role Description We are seeking multiple Instructional Systems Designers, Junior (ISD), to work as an integral part of a collaborative training development team for a DoD customer. This position offers the potential for remote work with occasional travel to training locations as determined by the customer. - Design engaging training materials for a variety of delivery methods, including instructor-led, computer-based, web-based, and mobile training. - Work with Graphic Artists, Programmers, and Subject Matter Experts in the development of interactive multimedia courseware. - Develop training products using computer-based training (CBT) authoring systems. - Research and identify data sources for instructional material development and additional information needed for instructor and participant materials. - Design interactive training materials that include sound instructional design methodology, appropriate training strategies, and participant activities for small and large groups. - Develop test items. - Experience with authoring tools and related software for the purpose of producing multimedia training packages. - Strong written and presentation skills. - Strong time management and organizational skills. - Strong quality assurance/editing skills. - Experience using established methodologies in all stages of the instructional design process, including needs assessment, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. - Functional experience with MELD, AIM CPM/LOM. - Functional knowledge of NET-C requirements for Naval Courseware related to Ready Relevant Learning. Qualifications - Two (2) Years of related experience. - BS/BA is required, and a MS/MA is desired. - Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. - Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
