• Own hiring end-to-end across operations roles (kickoff → offer → close) • Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role scope, profiles, and hiring strategy • Drive high-quality pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and creative approaches • Ensure a fast, structured, and high-bar interview process (clear ownership, fast feedback, strong candidate experience) • Act as a strategic advisor — challenge assumptions, calibrate candidates, and influence hiring decisions • Build and refine hiring frameworks, processes, and interview standards as we scale • Maintain strong ATS discipline (Greenhouse), ensuring high-quality data and structured evaluation • Contribute to talent branding and market positioning for operations roles
Job Requirements
- 4–8+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in-house or in a hybrid (agency + in-house) environment
- Strong business partnering mindset — you can influence and challenge stakeholders
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- High ownership and accountability — you push things forward and close roles
- Strong judgment on candidate quality (both capability and culture fit)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach to hiring (pipeline management, conversion, quality)
- Experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse preferred)
