Head of Growth Marketing
Simbian
• Build and scale a marketing engine that generates qualified pipeline for the sales organization across enterprise and partner-led motions. • Own Simbian’s core messaging and narrative, including positioning around self improving SecOps, autonomous AI agents, reasoning-based defense, and stopping AI powered attacks. • Lead product marketing across the website, pitch decks, solution briefs, campaigns, case studies, and sales enablement assets. • Drive demand generation programs with clear goals, strong experimentation, and rigorous measurement of conversion, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact. • Support and help orchestrate the BDR function in close partnership with sales leadership to improve campaign follow-up, messaging quality, and pipeline creation. • Build Simbian’s thought leadership through content, customer stories, research-backed messaging, and technical narratives that resonate with sophisticated security audiences. • Own analyst relations and press activities to increase category visibility and strengthen market credibility. • Work cross-functionally with product and technical teams to keep external messaging accurate, differentiated, and tightly aligned with roadmap and customer outcomes. • Build and lead a high-performance marketing function over time, while remaining hands-on as an operator in a fast-moving startup environment.
Job Requirements
- Proven success marketing preferably with 8-10yrs of experience in deep technical products to technical and executive buyers, ideally in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise software.
- Strong security domain knowledge, with the ability to understand and communicate modern SOC, SecOps, red teaming, response, threat hunting, and security platform concepts.
- Demonstrated results building demand generation programs that produce measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing, with comfort switching between strategy, messaging, writing, campaign execution, and operational detail.
- Experience in startup environments and comfort operating with urgency, ambiguity, and high standards.
- Experience marketing to large enterprises and working with multi-stakeholder buying cycles.
- High integrity, strong judgment, and a willingness to move fast, test ideas, and learn quickly.
- Practical fluency with AI tools for research, content creation, workflow acceleration, and experimentation.

Continuously diagnose and fix funnel leakage to improve conversion rates. • Strategically plan and allocate the marketing budget across diverse demand channels (Paid Media, Email, Webinars, Events) to maximize ROI and efficiency. • Guide, mentor, elevate, and bring together a team of specialists across Demand Gen, Events, and Lifecycle marketing to achieve cohesive growth goals. • Maintain a lockstep relationship with the Sales organization, ensuring consistent lead quality, shared pipeline goals, and tight feedback loops that help close deals faster.
