• Build and scale a marketing engine that generates qualified pipeline for the sales organization across enterprise and partner-led motions. • Own Simbian’s core messaging and narrative, including positioning around self improving SecOps, autonomous AI agents, reasoning-based defense, and stopping AI powered attacks. • Lead product marketing across the website, pitch decks, solution briefs, campaigns, case studies, and sales enablement assets. • Drive demand generation programs with clear goals, strong experimentation, and rigorous measurement of conversion, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact. • Support and help orchestrate the BDR function in close partnership with sales leadership to improve campaign follow-up, messaging quality, and pipeline creation. • Build Simbian’s thought leadership through content, customer stories, research-backed messaging, and technical narratives that resonate with sophisticated security audiences. • Own analyst relations and press activities to increase category visibility and strengthen market credibility. • Work cross-functionally with product and technical teams to keep external messaging accurate, differentiated, and tightly aligned with roadmap and customer outcomes. • Build and lead a high-performance marketing function over time, while remaining hands-on as an operator in a fast-moving startup environment.

• You will design and build foundational pieces of our agentic security platform • Own end-to-end design & delivery of features • Ship platform, agent, or integration capabilities at high velocity • Collaborate with product & engineering leaders, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams • Deploy features into live production environments, with ownership beyond delivery — including monitoring, stability, and iteration post-launch • Building agents for SecOps • Designing tool schemas, workflows, memory stores for agents • Safe-execution loops with guardrails, policy layers, and approvals • Architect services that securely support many customer environments in parallel • Build pipelines that ingest customer security data and retrieve relevant context instantly • Real-time incident lifecycle automation end-to-end

• You will stay on top of advances in AI and how Simbian can use them to make security operations easier, faster, more accurate • You will own the product roadmap for one or more of our AI Agents, and drive it to reality in partnership with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Founders • You will distill customer feedback and drive solutions • You will co-own GTM with the marketing and sales teams and continuously evolve the best way to land the product in the market • You will track competitors and partners to ensure Simbian’s offerings stay differentiated.

• You will design and build the foundational development & infrastructure powering our agentic security platform — secure multi-tenant systems, distributed services, scalable execution layers, and the internal platform capabilities that allow our AI agents to operate reliably in production environments. • You’ll work closely with founders, product, AI, and security engineering teams to build systems that are secure, observable, resilient, and scalable from day one. • Own end-to-end design and delivery of platform capabilities. • Build and scale distributed backend services powering AI agents and customer workflows. • Improve authentication, authorization, and tenant isolation across the platform. • Design infrastructure and observability systems for reliability at scale. • Deploy and operate production-grade systems with strong ownership beyond launch. • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, customer-facing teams, and leadership to shape platform architecture and engineering standards. • Build high-scale, multi-tenant backend systems that securely support multiple customer environments. • Design and operate distributed microservices with strong reliability and fault tolerance. • Build asynchronous execution pipelines, event-driven architectures, and workflow orchestration systems. • Improve scalability, throughput, concurrency, and system performance across services. • Design resilient APIs, service communication patterns, and infrastructure abstractions.

• Proactively research and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calls, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead-generation tools. • Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand their needs, challenges, and goals. • Schedule high-quality discovery meetings and product demonstrations between qualified prospects and our Account Executives. • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of interested prospects. • Meticulously track all prospecting and lead generation activities in our CRM (HubSpot). • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for key activities and qualified opportunities generated. • Work closely with both sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness, messaging, and market intelligence.

• Design and execute red team campaigns against AI/ML systems: prompt injection, jailbreaks, model extraction, adversarial inputs, training data poisoning • Build and maintain adversarial test suites for our AI pentesting agent • Simulate real-world attacker TTPs to stress-test agent decision-making and guardrails • Research emerging attack vectors against LLM-based systems and agentic pipelines • Collaborate with engineering to harden the AI agent against evasion and manipulation • Document findings with clear severity ratings, reproducible POCs, and remediation guidance • Contribute to Simbian's red team playbooks and threat modeling processes.

• Own all technical escalations from customers - triage, investigate, resolve, and document with full accountability • Serve as the primary technical voice in monthly and quarterly business reviews, covering incident trends, platform performance, and product roadmap alignment • Partner with customers to tune Simbian's AI agent to their environment - detection logic, response playbooks, integrations • Work cross-functionally with product and engineering to translate customer pain into roadmap priorities • Build out processes, runbooks, and escalation frameworks from scratch as the function scales • Hire, onboard, and lead a Customer Success Engineering team as customer volume grows • Act as the internal voice of the customer - flag patterns, advocate for fixes, and push back when needed

• Lead and mentor a pod of backends, frontend, or platform engineers (depending on pod assignment: e.g., Integrations, Investigation Infra, Threat Hunting, etc.) • Drive delivery of product and platform features aligned to quarterly OKRs • Establish engineering best practices for code quality, observability, security, and reliability • Collaborate with product managers and security SMEs to define technical scope, execution plans, and delivery timelines. • Provide technical guidance in architecture decisions across areas such as: 1. Scalable microservices 2. Security product integrations (EDR, SIEM, CNAPP, etc.) • Data pipelines (historical + real-time event ingestion) • AI/ML systems for reasoning and automation • Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent. • Ensure pods maintain a high bar for innovation, execution, and collaboration. • Must have recent experience working in cyber security. We are looking for domain experience mandatorily.
