• Build and run the full 360° customer marketing program • Recruit, onboard, and manage a pool of customer champions • Own the analyst and public review presence across review platforms • Run customer recognition programs • Launch and grow a branded customer community • Design and run always-on lifecycle campaigns • Establish and run Cyera's Customer Advisory Board and a dedicated CXO community • Plan and deliver customer-facing experiences • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing customer marketing team • Define the KPIs that matter and report results to leadership
Job Requirements
- 10-15+ years of B2B marketing experience
- 10+ years building and leading customer marketing, advocacy, or community programs
- Experience designing and operating an executive program such as a Customer Advisory Board
- People leadership experience
- Strong cross-functional influence with Sales, Customer Success, and Product
- Comfort owning a data-driven story
- Excellent storytelling and executive presence
- Security industry experience is a strong plus.
