Qualifications - Proven track record in enterprise sales, account management, or business development within insurance, technology, or data solutions - Experience operating across international markets, ideally UK, Europe, and/or APAC - Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage complex sales cycles and contractual negotiations - Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills - Data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking - Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams - Degree preferred but not essential - Travel required for frequent client visits to London Requirements - Own and deliver against annual revenue, ACV, and pipeline targets across assigned international markets - Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and contract closure - Identify and convert new business opportunities within target accounts and whitespace segments - Build and maintain a robust, high-quality pipeline with accurate forecasting - Develop deep relationships with senior stakeholders across insurance carriers, brokers, and ecosystem partners - Act as the primary commercial owner for key accounts, driving retention, expansion, and cross-sell of product suites - Build multi-year account plans aligned to client strategic priorities and internal growth objectives - Ensure consistent client engagement and executive alignment to strengthen long-term partnerships - Execute go-to-market strategies tailored to regional dynamics, regulatory environments, and client needs - Identify market-specific opportunities for growth, including adjacencies and new product adoption - Collaborate with regional leadership to localise value propositions and commercial models - Represent the organisation in key industry forums, events, and client engagements - Partner with Product, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client outcomes - Contribute market insights to inform product development, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning - Coordinate with marketing to support campaigns, thought leadership, and lead generation initiatives - Ensure delivery of tangible client outcomes aligned to ROI, operational efficiency, and user adoption - Monitor account performance and proactively address risks to retention or growth - Champion a “customer-first” mindset, ensuring the organisation acts as a trusted partner to clients Benefits - Generous paid leave, 8 bank holidays, plus dedicated days for wellbeing and volunteering - Up to 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave, along with a baby bonus to help you get started - Company-paid private medical cover, with mental health and wellness resources included - Pension scheme with employer contributions - £375 annual wellbeing allowance - Recognition rewards, referral bonuses, exclusive discounts, and more!
