Role Description This is a fully remote CRM and Automation Assistant role with a fast-growing Australian ISO certification and compliance business, offering a stable long-term position where you will own the systems, automations, and admin that keep the pipeline moving from day one. This role sits at the intersection of marketing automation, CRM management, and client administration, giving you direct ownership of GoHighLevel across workflows, landing pages, calendars, and pipelines. Day to day you will: - Build and optimise automations - Manage the shared inbox - Prepare quotes - Coordinate client onboarding - Run LinkedIn and cold email outreach using prospecting tools such as Apollo, Lusha, and Apify You will work closely with the founder, a solo operator growing a compliance services practice, and will be expected to set up systems, document them clearly, and help onboard the founder on the platform as you go. The business is at an active growth phase, with new clients coming on board and a second hire planned within the next three to six months, making this a strong opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a senior support role as the team scales. Qualifications - Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel is essential, including automations, funnels or landing pages, calendars, and pipelines - Confident with modern business and AI tools including Microsoft 365, Claude or ChatGPT, and web scraping tools such as Apify - Experience with B2B lead generation, cold email, or LinkedIn outreach is highly regarded - Exposure to no-code automation tools such as Zapier or Make is a plus - Strong all-round admin skills across quoting, inbox management, scheduling, and record-keeping, with sharp attention to detail - Excellent spoken and written English with a professional and friendly manner - A proactive self-starter who takes ownership, builds systems, and documents processes clearly - Exposure to professional services, compliance, or ISO certification is an advantage Requirements - Stable work-from-home setup (reliable internet, laptop/desktop, quiet workspace) - Proactive attitude, able to manage tasks independently using provided templates and processes without needing to be prompted - Available to work Australian business hours Benefits - Full-time, work-from-home with Australian business hours - A genuine long-term career opportunity.
