In this role, you will manage a portfolio of injury liability claims end-to-end, delivering timely, customer-focused and commercially sound outcomes. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, applying your technical expertise to manage risk, control costs and deliver strong claims outcomes. What you'll do: - Manage a portfolio of injury liability claims from lodgment through to finalisation, ensuring timely and cost-effective outcomes in line with service standards; - Determine policy coverage, including indemnity, liability and quantum considerations; - Proactively manage claims strategy, identifying risks, trends and opportunities to optimise outcomes; - Appoint and instruct service providers including solicitors, investigators, loss adjusters and other specialists; - Maintain accurate and realistic reserves, monitoring and responding to material changes; - Build effective relationships with customers, brokers and stakeholders to support positive claims experiences.
