Role Description We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and Data Integration to drive Talent projects forward. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring the seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other systems and data sources, contributing to the success of our Talent initiatives. Your key responsibilities - Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document detailed requirements for Talent projects, including SAP SuccessFactors modules and data integration needs. - Process Analysis: Analyze existing Talent processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions that leverage SAP SuccessFactors and other technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - System Integration: Work closely with technical teams to design and implement data integration solutions, ensuring the accurate and secure flow of data between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems. - Documentation: Create comprehensive and clear business requirement documents, process maps, use cases, and other relevant documentation to guide project implementation. - Testing and Validation: Develop test plans, scenarios, and conduct testing to ensure the functionality and integration of SAP SuccessFactors meet business needs and quality standards. - Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts to ensure a shared understanding of project objectives and progress. - Change Management: Collaborate with change management teams to support end-users in adapting to new systems and processes resulting from SAP SuccessFactors implementations. - Issue Resolution: Identify and address project issues and risks related to SAP SuccessFactors and data integration, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution. - Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to business processes and system functionality. Qualifications - Solid understanding of Talent processes and system functionalities, particularly within the context of SAP SuccessFactors. - Proficiency in data integration methodologies, including data mapping, ETL processes, and API integrations. - Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements. - Strong documentation skills, including the creation of requirement documents, process flows, and test plans. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration among diverse project teams and stakeholders. - Proficiency in project management software tools and business analysis techniques. - Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate results. - Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow within the role. - Ability to work virtually with global teams. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors preferred. - Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration. - 5 to 8 years of industry experience preferably in Talent.
