• Rapid POC & MVP Delivery (Agentic AI) Embedded into Data Strategy team, lead data engineering, platform, and business teams to identify high value Agentic AI use cases (e.g., Data Product Build, data quality automation, metadata management, governance assistance). • Design and deliver rapid POCs and MVPs embedded in real TruStage data environments. • Evaluate agent performance, reliability, controls, and human in the loop patterns. • Act as a forward deployed resource, embedding with teams to co define problems, refine use cases, and adapt solutions in context. • Translate ambiguous business and operational needs into practical AI driven data solutions. • Ensure solutions fit TruStage’s operating model, risk posture, and regulatory expectations. • Create architect design patterns, standards and methodology that will be followed by data management teams to scale Agentic/AI work. • Closely collaborate with Enterprise AI architect for setting best practices, standards and governance process for MCP/AA/API based integration patterns. • Document learnings from POCs and MVPs into: Reference architectures for Agentic AI; Design patterns and guardrails; Deployment and operating standards. • Define processes and methodologies for developing, deploying, and governing Agentic AI in data domains in accordance and partnership with AI Governance team as needed. • Establish criteria for scalability, security, observability, and cost management. • Partner with central platform, data governance, and engineering leaders to industrialize validated patterns. • Enable teams with clear playbooks, templates, and examples to scale Agentic AI safely and consistently. • Influence roadmap priorities based on field learnings and adoption signals. • Provide continuous feedback to D&A leadership on: What works vs. what doesn’t in real deployment; Capability gaps and tooling needs; Change management and operating model implications. • Help TruStage evolve from experimentation to AI-enabled data operations at scale. • Influence enterprise AI/data platform capabilities, AI tool selection, and integration standards. • In collaboration with AI COE, evaluate emerging Agentic AI frameworks, orchestration platforms, vector technologies, and LLM tooling for enterprise fit. • Assess vendor capabilities, strategic partnerships, and technology maturity to accelerate delivery while minimizing lock-in risk. • Mentor architects, engineers, and data teams on Agentic AI patterns and architectural best practices for data management. • Build internal communities of practice and reusable knowledge assets. • Establish and maintain enterprise reference architectures for multi-agent systems, orchestration patterns, memory/context management, and integration with enterprise data platforms.
• Responsible for intake and quality of all audience selection work for assigned business segment • Owns consulting on and researching "art of the possible" for assigned business segment within the audience design/list selection domain • Participates in Marketing Planning ceremonies, proactively bringing forward ideas for consideration and interfaces with the strategic Marketing Core Team for assigned business segment • Provides direction and coaching to analysts on complex, high-impact or cross-segment initiatives • Proactively recommends and drives implementation of new audience selection strategies • Reviews implementation (QA) of net-new audience logic before production go-live and may occasionally perform complex audience builds. • Supports complex issue resolution • Develops and optimizes audience selection processes, including creating documentation and training other team members • Consults with IT on enablement support as well as required technology lifecycle management needs, identifying appropriate sequencing to minimize disruption to business operations. • Develops User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, executing UAT as well as assigning duties to analysts as necessary • Leads, plans, coordinates or aligns cross-functional partners on large or complex initiatives.

• Work in partnership with the assigned credit unions to provide clear and unbiased guidance, education, and tools to build the knowledge members need to make confident financial decisions. • Build and nurture collaborative partnerships with multi-level credit union management and front-line lending staff to increase loyalty to TruStage and lending-related solutions (credit insurance, debt cancellation, MRC (Mechanical Repair Coverage), GAP (Guaranteed Asset Protection), etc.). • Partner with internal stakeholders, including coworkers and cross-functional account teams, to gain buy-in and support for strategic initiatives, ensuring effective communication and alignment across the organization. • Manage assigned territory as a business, utilizing economic, financial, and results data to diagnose territory strengths and/or weaknesses and execute strategic plans to drive results. • Be a subject member expert regarding the digital lending landscape and provide expertise to credit unions using proven methodologies to help navigate and implement the appropriate digital optimization opportunity as it applies to their Data Processing and Core Systems. • Analyze financial data, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and financial ratios, to identify opportunities and develop sales strategies for revenue growth, risk reduction, and improved financial performance. • Execute credit union recommendations on an ongoing basis through structured plans for adaption and implement of change with continuous feedback for sustained success. • Gather information through consultation and utilize the strategic objectives and culture of the credit union to identify inefficiencies in processes, lending workflows, and systems. • Propose solutions to streamline lending operations, enhance member experiences, and improve credit union non-interest income. • Provide coaching, training, and support to credit union management and staff on products, customer-centric best practices, presentation techniques, and tools to maximize the success of our Credit Union Partners to protect more members and protect members more. • Be available to speak at industry events and exchange visits as needed.
