• Responsible for the building, implementation, and ongoing delivery of SitusAMC’s enterprise business intelligence strategy • Manage the processes involved in business intelligence and may manage staff • Oversee the approach and technology to disperse critical information and insights to the organization and clients • Partner with business and technology team members to expand the business intelligence infrastructure of operational systems, data lakes and data warehouses • Manage the software development lifecycle of the business intelligence platform • Advocate the usage of data and business intelligence across the organization • Create complex t-SQL statements and stored procedures and queries to extract data • Build dashboards, data extracts, and visualizations

Job Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent
  • 6+ years of business intelligence experience preferred, with 2+ years in mentorship role
  • Expertise building t-SQL statement is required, preferably in MySQL or MSSQL
  • Expertise in Tableau is required
  • 3+ years of residential or commercial real estate required
  • Highly Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong time management and communication skills (written and oral)
  • Strong analytical ability, good judgment; strategic and multidimensional thinker
  • Detail oriented, organized; prompt and regular attendance is required
