• Responsible for the building, implementation, and ongoing delivery of SitusAMC’s enterprise business intelligence strategy • Manage the processes involved in business intelligence and may manage staff • Oversee the approach and technology to disperse critical information and insights to the organization and clients • Partner with business and technology team members to expand the business intelligence infrastructure of operational systems, data lakes and data warehouses • Manage the software development lifecycle of the business intelligence platform • Advocate the usage of data and business intelligence across the organization • Create complex t-SQL statements and stored procedures and queries to extract data • Build dashboards, data extracts, and visualizations

• SQC activities include identification of proper documentation for data capture • Capture information within system or designated area • Run embedded rules and logic against information • Clear validations and apply exceptions as necessary • Perform servicing QC reviews at client or counter-parties' place of business • Review loan packages, servicing guidelines, or data files • Perform QC Reviews for peers • Defend audit results on client-facing phone calls • Capture required information from documentation in designated place

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using best practices and industry standards • Collaborate with product owners, technology leads, testers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues • Continuously improve software development processes and practices • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

• Executes on client loan accounting and investor reporting functions utilizing SBO • Performs remittance processing functions in support of client implementation and conversion functions • Communicates and interacts with clients via phone, email, or any other means in a prompt and professional manner as a front-line point of contact • Provide ongoing system and business support for clients including researching and resolving production issues • Direct loan accounting and system functionality testing to validate new development initiatives and Client execution utilizing the product. • Recommend business process improvements based on in-depth knowledge of available products, services, and systems and experience developed working with numerous other clients • Conduct user training and maintain and update documentation and training material in collaboration with the technology services training organization.

Role Description This position serves as a full-stack developer to produce scalable software solutions. This role will be part of a cross-functional team that is responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. This role will be expected to move between projects as priorities change. This role will work across all layers of the application front end, middle layer and DB layer including development frameworks and third-party libraries. - Design, develop, document, test and debug new and existing software systems, applications and/or components for market sale or proprietary software - Make design decisions which encourage leveragability, potential reuse, componentization, extensibility, maintainability, and are minimally coupled - Troubleshoot and solve difficult customer issues. Performs the most complex development, testing, and debugging tasks - Maintains knowledge of currently evolving platforms, programming languages, and web/database technologies - Stays up-to-date on business initiatives and objectives, particularly as these relate to infrastructure and development architecture issues - Fosters a culture of continuous improvement in all areas of technology and instill the principles of this mindset in a team - Advise and mentor Software Development team members as an escalation point - Develop and manage containerized applications using Docker to ensure portability and scalability across multiple environments - Such other activities as may be assigned by your manager Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering, Information Systems preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience - Experienced professional with 5+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically at a Senior Analyst or Analyst level role or external equivalent - Solid knowledge and understanding of Object Oriented (Analysis, Design, Programming) - Working knowledge of multiple languages, software development environment, and software development life-cycle procedures including but not limited to: PHP, Json Java, AWS, API Integrations, RESTful Web services, Structured and unstructured databases, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, VUE, React) - Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, or similar tools - Experience with Docker containerization and EKS - Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed - Strong communication skills both verbal and written - Ability to manage competing demands, delays, or unexpected events - Experience with Application Integration and building APIs for a rapidly integrating products - Experience working on Agile Scrum and DevOps aligned delivery teams - Experience developing software development estimates - Experience developing Cloud native app and or migrating app to cloud, preferably AWS - Ability to be a player coach leading a developer team setting - Adapts to every changing environment and changes approach or method to best fit the situation Benefits - The annual full time base salary range for this role is $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 - Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. - Certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. - SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. - All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. • Work as an individual contributor within the Cloud development platform team, focused on developing and maintaining an in-house built CI/CD automation pipeline • Highly advanced knowledge of Release automation using CI/CD products that is applied to advance the goals and objectives of the team and department • Recognized by the team as an expert in CI/CD automation • Deploy critical infrastructure components through Infrastructure-as-Code tooling across multiple environments using Terraform integrated through Azure DevOps • Manages activities within a department, developing tactical plans for strategy and implementation for release automation for varying maturity levels of software products • Support the development of compelling features using modern tools and technologies with a focus on building future-proof systems that perform at scale • Architecting and developing stateless and stateful applications using AWS cloud technologies • Provide software development knowledge with respect to cloud architecture, design patterns, and programming • Establishes Cloud Infrastructure Design best practices, templates, and processes • Collaborates with external and internal partners, participates, and suggests design and architectural decisions
