• Provide non-medical, short term, solution-focused counseling to adults, children, and youth of service members • Enter counselor activity data through a smartphone or web application • Work closely with installation and military branch Points of Contact to meet program needs • Participate in regular in-services/training and Quality Improvement committees • Develop an excellent working relationship with installation/facility Points of Contact

• Assemble information needed to create business intelligence solutions as part of information delivery and data analytic projects. • Expectations include independently and/or collaboratively performing analytical activities aimed at defining the specifications needed to develop business intelligence and analytics solutions. • Define and document specifications for creating solutions that provide accurate and timely information to the organization, including defining requirements needed for the design and development of reports, dashboards or other business intelligence components as assigned. • Define and document specifications for data resources/assets as needed. • Trains and mentors’ user communities on use of business intelligence and analytical tools; such as, self-service capabilities and standard report packages. • As part of the business intelligence and analytics project portfolio, may assist in the creation of business process or data flow diagrams that may be needed prior to development efforts commencing. • Responsible for conducting interviews with various stakeholders across the organization to perform a needs assessment for incoming requests. • Assist project leaders in task management and project coordination. • Assist with data management activities; including, list management, metadata management, and glossary management. • Performs other related duties as assigned. • Demonstrate a working understanding of dependent IT systems and the ability to collaborate with IT teams in support of non-functional requirements, architectural needs, estimates, and planning.

• Deliver against business intelligence objectives including creating solutions for information delivery and data analytics projects • Independently analyzing, designing, and developing business intelligence and analytics solutions • Mentoring junior staff by providing guidance and design consultation • Analyzing, designing and building reports, dashboards or other business intelligence components • Responsible for development initiatives that may drive the creation of new data assets or information exchange • Work closely with other staff to identify levels of effort and task dependencies • Provide technical guidance on the creation of database tables, objects, assets and/or cubes • Lead the creation of data marts as needed • Train and mentor business intelligence and analytics staff on use of new technologies • Collaborate with other developers on the application of standards and best practices • Oversee and/or participate in the research and evaluation of new business intelligence, analytics and/or data visualization technologies

• Provide coverage in short-term, surge and on-demand situations resulting from the Military needs • Provide personal financial counseling and management services directly to service members and their families • Assist service members in establishing a spending plan for extended absences • Develop and make available informational financial materials to service members and families • Coordinate, publicize and provide a wide variety of Personal Financial Management classes/workshops • Possess the skills to effectively utilize virtual counseling or other electronic modes of communication • Manage duty to warn situations according to Department of Defense (DoD) protocol • Communicate with leadership and participate in regular individual and group supervision

• Responsible for the development and underwriting of new product financial and programmatic cost models • Work with existing models and customers on product enhancements and modifications • Prepare analyses and various ad-hoc projects for executive management • Develop, document, and apply underwriting procedures, analytical approach, and requisite tools for new products • Review utilization, cost trends, and other assumptions used in pricing models • Evaluate cost impact of new product initiatives and assess risk associated with each • Direct, oversee, and coordinate with the Manager, Underwriting to ensure appropriate underwriting procedures are applied • Provide recommendations on product and customer rates to senior management team for approval • Analyze claims detail data from multiple in-house claims processing systems and external claims data • Interact with clients/customers and internal staff to resolve issues related to information provided

• Coordinates care of individual clients with application to identified populations using assessment, care planning, implementations, coordination, monitoring and evaluation for cost effective and quality outcomes • Duties are performed virtually or face-to-face based on contractual requirements • Promotes the appropriate use of clinical and financial resources in order to improve the quality of care and member satisfaction • Assists with orientation and mentoring of new team members as appropriate • Provides care coordination to members with behavioral health conditions identified and assessed as requiring intensive interventions and oversight including multiple, clinical, social and community resources • Conducts in depth health risk assessment and/or comprehensive needs assessment which includes, but is not limited to psycho-social, physical, medical, behavioral, environmental, and financial parameters • Communicates and develops the care plan and serves as point of contact to ensure services are rendered appropriately • Implements, coordinates, and monitors strategies for members and families to improve health and quality of life outcomes • Develops, documents and implements plan which provides appropriate resources to address social, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and supportive needs • Acts as an advocate for member`s care needs by identifying and addressing gaps in care • Performs ongoing monitoring of the plan of care to evaluate effectiveness • Measures the effectiveness of interventions as identified in the members care plan • Assesses and reviews plan of care regularly to identify gaps in care, trends to improve health and quality of life outcomes • Collects clinical path variance data that indicates potential areas for improvement of case and services provided • Works with members and the interdisciplinary care plan team to adjust plan of care, when necessary • Educates providers, supporting staff, members and families regarding care coordination role and health strategies with a focus on member-focused approach to care • Facilitates a team approach to the coordination and cost-effective delivery to quality care and services • Collaborates with the interdisciplinary care plan team which may include member, caregivers, member`s legal representative, physician, care providers, and ancillary support services to address care issues, specific member needs and disease processes whether, medical, behavioral, social, community based or long-term care services • Utilizes licensed care coordination staff as appropriate for complex cases • Provides assistance to members with questions and concerns regarding care, providers or delivery system • Maintains professional relationship with external stakeholders, such as inpatient, outpatient and community resources • Generates reports in accordance with care coordination goal.
