Virtual Mental Health Counselor, LCSW, LPC, LMFT
Marathon Health
• Responsible for treatment planning, assessments, appropriate documentation of clinical progress, and delivery of evidence-based therapy modalities • Lead group sessions and educational workshops • Work closely with the clinical team • Create and deliver psychoeducational webinars and workshops • Collaborate with other behavioral health and medical clinicians for integrated continuity of care
Job Requirements
- Must be licensed in Indiana and Illinois; Ohio, Minnesota, Michigan and Wisconsin are preferred
- Ability to obtain additional licenses (company reimbursed)
- At least Master’s level, licensed mental health clinician (LPC, LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification or become certified upon hire
- Required experience in providing counseling and mental health services
- Preferred 2 or more years’ experience operating as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician
- Preferred experience using evidence-based treatment to treat multiple behavioral health disorders
- Preferred experience with behavioral interventions, critical incident event management, and case management

JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS Penn State Hazleton Continuing Education is seeking applicants to serve as a Counselor for various youth programs on Penn State Hazleton's Campus. The Youth Counselor’s primary task is to assist the Instructor with daily functions to ensure that each participant is provided a quality and enjoyable learning experience. The Youth Counselor will report to the Interim Regional Lead for Continuing Education at Penn State Scranton and staff as designated at the Penn State Hazleton Campus. Youth Counselor responsibilities include: - Being attentive to participants safety; - Being available to provide assistance in the classroom; - Providing feedback. This position requires participation in Mandated Reporter Training and successful background checks prior to the first day of the program including the Child Abuse Training Certificate.
