Manager, Client Sales Insights
Circana
• Interact with junior to mid-level advertising agency and media publisher partner clients for engagements across NCS' solution suite • Ownership of some components of measurement process - Exposure collection & management, Initial powerpoint development, Communication with agencies/partners on certain items pre-, mid-, & post-analysis • Execute, analyze, and perform quality assurance checks on NCS data, enabling insights and recommendations to clients • Independently manage and execute workflows within targeting, optimization, measurement & clean room processes, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of work • Support client needs in a timely and efficient manner demonstrating critical thinking and problem solving, and commitment to quality and excellent client service • Leads conversations with support from Managers with Junior and Mid-Level agency contacts specific to target building, optimization and measurement inputs. • Engage with annual client planning • Engage cross-functionally with other internal NCS teams to deliver solutions to clients and/or proactively resolve client issues
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics or a related quantitative or marketing field
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in task-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with ability to tailor messages to a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving, agile environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets and Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
- 1-2 years’ experience in an insights and analytics or account management role preferred
- 1-2 years experience in the media advertising ecosystem

• Drive team in effective and timely implementation of all customer (Pharma and Agency client) engagements. • Act as a main point of escalation in all matters relating to client/agency program objectives, concerns, and needs. • Help to guide and develop the professional growth of Account Managers. • Assist in developing and delivering top account Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). • Help the team extract insights and recommendations to highlight opportunities for program optimization. • Drive lead generation opportunities in collaboration with team and Sales. • Monitor for consistent usage of the Client Success project management tool.
• Own and grow relationships within a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to executive and operational stakeholders • Drive customer retention, adoption, and long-term success through proactive account management, strategic planning, and executive engagement • Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs/QBRs), onsite engagements, and account strategy discussions focused on business outcomes and platform value • Identify and drive expansion opportunities through cross-sell, upsell, and broader platform adoption initiatives • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Leadership teams to deliver a seamless enterprise customer experience • Monitor account health, mitigate risk, resolve escalations, and advocate internally for enterprise customer needs • Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that align NinjaOne solutions to customer business objectives
