What you will do: - Develop insights, analysis, and executive-ready presentations that provide insights to senior leadership for decisions across the organization, SBU, or regions. - Consult with business and executive stakeholders to turn requests into proactive analytical solutions, including identifying underlying needs that were not explicitly stated. - Perform complex analysis and modeling to support decision-making and identify actions. - Build and improve custom data products, dashboards, and reporting tools that support senior-level audiences and high-impact business decisions. - Lead analytical work that supports a full function or large part of a strategic business unit. - Partner with finance teams and organizational leaders to execute weekly and monthly billings, maintain billing accuracy, resolve issues, and escalate risks or errors when needed. - Use the right mix of analytics tools, technology, and coding capabilities to solve problems efficiently and improve decision support. - Provide guidance, support, and informal mentorship to organizational leaders or technical contributors as needed. Qualifications - 5–7 years of experience in analytics, business insights, finance, strategy, or a related field. - Strong ability to perform complex analysis, interpret results, and turn findings into practical recommendations for business leaders. - Expert proficiency in Tableau, Dataiku, Excel, and executive presentation development for data interpretation and presentation. - Strong working knowledge of technology, analytics, and coding tools such as AI applications, Python, R, SQL, etc. - Experience with operational finance methods and systems, such as Trane Data Cloud, Oracle or similar, to support billing, reporting, or financial processes. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work across functions, influence senior stakeholders, and manage billing coordination with finance and business leaders.
