Solutions Architect

• Translate customer requirements, workflows, compliance needs, and integration constraints into clear solution designs that can be implemented • Own solution blueprints, workflow maps, migration plans, and implementation-ready artifacts from discovery through delivery • Define configuration guidance, process documentation, and technical notes that enable successful execution and scale • Partner with AEs and AMs pre- and post-signature to lead discovery and requirements gathering • Deliver tailored demos and solution workshops for enterprise stakeholders • Partner with Delivery teams to ensure solution designs are implemented successfully • Lead enterprise customer transitions from legacy processes to Lifted • Maintain deep knowledge of relevant platforms, services, compliance offerings, integrations, workflows, and roadmap • Build reusable assets including playbooks, migration guides, workflow templates, and troubleshooting guides

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years in solutions architecture, technical consulting, enterprise implementation, or a similar role supporting complex B2B environments
  • Ability to move fluidly between customer conversations, platform capabilities, technical workflows, and implementation realities without losing sight of the outcome
  • Strong track record translating ambiguous requirements into clear, scalable solution designs
  • Comfort making recommendations and navigating tradeoffs when customer requirements, platform capabilities, timelines, and operational realities don't perfectly align
  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience across platform configuration, integrations, data, and operational processes
  • Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with enterprise customers in a tech-enabled services business, customer onboarding, implementation operations, and cross-functional support models
  • Background in contingent workforce, EOR, AOR, staffing, or talent platforms is a strong plus.

In this position, you will own the technical pre-sales relationship across opportunities and accounts. You will partner with Account Executives to demonstrate the product and underlying architecture, address technical and business objections, and deliver thoughtful, consultative solutions that result in a strong technical win and clear product fit. You will act as both a deep technical expert and a trusted advisor. This means being equally comfortable presenting an engaging solution to a CTO, collaborating with product managers, or building prototypes and integrations directly with customer engineers using Algolia’s APIs. You thrive in conversations with engineers, product leaders, and executives, and you know how to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for diverse audiences. Beyond customer-facing work, you will serve as an advocate for customer needs internally, partnering with Product and Engineering, contributing to technical content, enabling internal teams, and supporting cross-company initiatives that improve how customers succeed with Algolia.
