• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on banking security equipment including security camera, access control, alarm systems, banking drive-up equipment, vaults, safe deposit boxes, and ATMs • Install equipment and services/supports existing customers by responding to service calls • Act as a mentor to less experienced staff using technical knowledge and skills • Troubleshoot and repair various systems and equipment • Respond to customer service calls, scheduled maintenance calls, and emergency service calls • Identify potential project challenges and assist in implementation of strategies to minimize deviations from estimated costs and deadlines • Communicate with team members consistently to improve overall operations

• Own the SharePoint experience, including intranet, hub sites, navigation, and page design • Serve as the experience and usability authority for SharePoint across the organization • Define experience standards, design patterns, templates, and guidance • Establish and maintain governance for site structure, content quality, and lifecycle • Design and optimize SharePoint pages and sites using UX, content design, and information architecture best practices • Act as a trusted advisor to Internal Communications on campaign, storytelling, and content use cases • Lead adoption efforts through guidance, education, and advocacy—not direct authority • Analyze usage data, search insights, and user feedback

• Lead and execute digital design initiatives, including UX/UI design for web, landing pages, and digital campaigns • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma as part of a collaborative design and review process • Design and produce high-quality visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and video platforms • Create motion graphics, video graphics, and explainer videos using Adobe After Effects • Develop and maintain scalable design systems to ensure brand consistency across digital and print materials • Execute iterative production design efficiently while maintaining high creative and quality standards • Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams throughout concept development, review, and execution • Participate in and potentially lead design critiques, providing constructive feedback and guidance to other designers • Prepare print-ready files and manage communication with print vendors to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency • Balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Own and define the State & Local Government market strategy, including target sub-verticals, customer segments, solution focus, and partner ecosystem. • Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned to Convergint’s growth objectives and investment priorities • Lead, coach, and develop Vertical Market Managers; establish operating rhythms and performance expectations. • Act as the senior leader and subject matter authority for the Public Safety vertical with customers, partners, and industry associations. • Align Sales, Service Operations, Enablement, Marketing, Finance, and CTC leadership around the Public Safety vertical strategy. • Guide differentiated solution and bundle development that addresses critical customer outcomes. • Support high-impact, complex opportunities through executive-level engagement and strategic deal guidance. • Define and track vertical-level KPIs including revenue growth, margin, pipeline health, wallet share, and market expansion. • Provide regular executive updates on vertical performance, risks, and opportunities.
