Role Description Estamos buscando un SDR / BDR (Sales Development Representative / Business Development Representative) altamente motivado y orientado a resultados para unirse a nuestro equipo. En este puesto, serás responsable de identificar y calificar oportunidades de negocio, generar prospectos y establecer el primer contacto con clientes potenciales para impulsar el crecimiento comercial de la empresa. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de ventas y marketing para generar oportunidades de alta calidad y contribuir al desarrollo del pipeline comercial. Responsibilities - Identificar y prospectar clientes potenciales a través de diferentes canales, incluyendo llamadas, correos electrónicos, LinkedIn y otras plataformas. - Calificar prospectos según los criterios establecidos por la empresa. - Generar reuniones calificadas para el equipo de ventas o Account Executives. - Investigar empresas, industrias y tomadores de decisiones para identificar nuevas oportunidades comerciales. - Mantener actualizada la información de prospectos y actividades en el CRM. - Realizar seguimiento constante a prospectos y mantener una comunicación efectiva durante el proceso de prospección. - Colaborar con los equipos de ventas y marketing para optimizar las estrategias de generación de demanda. - Alcanzar los objetivos de prospección, reuniones agendadas y oportunidades calificadas. - Monitorear tendencias del mercado y actividades de la competencia para identificar nuevas oportunidades. - Contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos de desarrollo de negocios. Qualifications - Experiencia comprobada como SDR, BDR, Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative o en un puesto similar. - Experiencia en prospección de clientes, generación de leads o ventas B2B. - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. - Capacidad para generar relaciones de confianza con clientes potenciales. - Experiencia utilizando herramientas CRM como HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive o similares. - Familiaridad con herramientas de prospección como LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo o similares (deseable). - Habilidades de organización, gestión del tiempo y seguimiento de oportunidades. - Mentalidad orientada a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos. - Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo. - Actitud proactiva y orientación al aprendizaje continuo. Preferred Qualifications - Experiencia en empresas SaaS, tecnología, servicios B2B o startups. - Conocimiento de metodologías de ventas como SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, MEDDIC o similares. - Experiencia trabajando con clientes internacionales. - Familiaridad con herramientas de automatización de ventas y generación de prospectos. - Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Negocios Internacionales o un campo relacionado (preferido).
