Role Description We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth of our FUNC furniture brand across the United States. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding dealer partnerships, strengthening our independent representative network, and increasing specification opportunities within the commercial furniture market. - Manage and support an established network of Independent Sales Representatives. - Grow sales by developing relationships with furniture dealers, architects, designers, and specification firms. - Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities that align with FUNC's growth strategy. - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. - Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting. - Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. - Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and partnership agreements. - Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Leadership to deliver outstanding customer solutions. - Represent FUNC at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows. - Provide regular market feedback and strategic recommendations to leadership. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. - 10+ years of business development or sales experience within the commercial furniture, contract furniture dealer, specification, or related industries. - Experience within the contract/commercial furniture or acoustics industry is essential. - Demonstrated success developing new business and managing key customer relationships. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. - Knowledge of commercial furniture, interior solutions, and specification sales. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Willingness to travel extensively throughout your territory.
