• Develop and execute event plans aligned with business objectives across São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and key Brazilian markets • Organise third-party conferences, owned branded events, and strategic dinners with key customers and prospects • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and GTM teams for seamless execution • Create compelling event messaging that resonates with Brazilian business audiences • Manage event budgets and timelines end to end • Analyze event performance and provide recommendations for future improvements • Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and vendors across Brazil
Job Requirements
- 5+ years events experience, with at least three in tech event marketing
- Native Portuguese speaker, English fluency required
- Deep knowledge of the Brazilian tech ecosystem and key industry events including events in São Paulo and beyond
- Experience working with Brazilian event agencies and production partners
- Based in São Paulo preferred
