Job Description

Event Registration, Technology Coordinator

Questex

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to optimize registration strategy and event technologies • Supporting complementary event technologies such as mobile apps, agenda/speaker management, floor plan management, social sharing platforms, and more. • Navigating integrations of event technologies to create efficiencies and data accuracy. • Assist in creating registration pages, taking part in quality assurance testing • Generating reports and analyzing data to help drive internal team decisions • Evaluating onsite signage and registration layouts to enhance the attendee and exhibitor experience • Traveling onsite to oversee execution of events

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years of event registration or technology experience.
  • Knowledge of event industry, technologies, and online registration platforms.
  • Familiarity with Convention Data Services and Grip a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and be comfortable owning new projects.
  • Collaborative and forward-thinking mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure, problem solve, and work on multiple projects at a time.
  • Ability to communicate both in writing and verbal, with a variety of communication styles.
  • Prior experience working in large scale events particularly in planning and technology.
  • Ability to travel to events; 4-6 times per year.
