Safety and Loss Prevention Director
CYBOT
• Develop, implement, and facilitate an operational “Safety Program” • Develop Safety Manuals, and Policies • Safety recognition program • Employee Safety and Life-saving Training • Workplace Injury & Illness Prevention • Branch Safety Inspections and Hazard Analysis • Quarterly hour and case reporting to OSHA and SUSA • Reports analyzing data and implement strategies to address areas of weakness • Develop, implement and facilitate a comprehensive, company-wide “Loss Prevention” program • Investigations as Company representative (Interview, Investigatory Services, Collaborate with law enforcement agencies)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields or safety experience of no less than 10 years
- Degree in related field or comparable line police or investigative officer experience
- Proven experience with Safety, Health, Industrial Hygiene, and Environmental
- Credentialed member of the Board of Certified Safety Professionals
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Detail oriented and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Effective interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local law regarding safety and health
- Proven leadership skills and team management experience
- Effective conflict resolution and problem solving ability
- Strong computer skills, database management and record keeping
