Role Description The Full Stack Developer (.Net) will provide internal support for technology used by the organization to enhance technology services for our internal users. In this Developer role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to ensuring business needs and performance requirements of applications are met. The role requires technical skills across a breadth of technologies. Interaction with both user communities and the technical community is required. This role will align with our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. - Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions. - Build front-end applications through appealing visual design. - Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications. - Build & manage APIs. - Develop software testing to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and efficiency. - Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain software. - Build applications with a responsive design. - Write technical documentation. - Work with other project managers, business analysts, architects, and database administrators. - Understand and quickly grasp P&C insurance business logic. - Work within a DevOps environment. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - A degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience (preferred) - Three or more years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred) - Experience in P&C Insurance industry (Preferred) - Proficiency in DevOps, GIT, Visual Studio, Front-end & Back-end languages, and/or other development tools - Experience with Azure SQL, App Services, API Management, PowerBI, Data Factory, Container technologies (Docker) or any other Microsoft Azure resources (preferred) - Experience in Agile software development methodology - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products - Ability to participate in daily meetings and work remotely. - Ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance.
