• Provides Systems Administration support for an organization, functional unit, or line of business, building on responsibilities such as: Administers development, test and production servers, including reloading, re-imaging and debugging problems. • Installs, removes, and upgrades software packages on test, development, and production servers. • Performs daily monitoring of network systems, independently initiating proactive measures to ensure functionality, connectivity, and load balance. • Troubleshoots systems and host environments, identifying and resolving faults, inconsistencies, and systemic issues. • Evaluates, recommends, and implements solutions to ensure systems functionality and compliance with company standards. • Provides network and systems evaluation and operational reports. • Updates systems records and ensures maintenance of accurate information. • Ensures computer programs in company use are properly licensed, adhere to company standards, and are operational and functional. • Assists systems users by creating instructional how-to guides and by providing technical information and training.

• Leverage existing relationships to uncover new business opportunities to establish and expand Foth’s environmental compliance services in the Southeastern U.S. (e.g., Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, the Carolinas) • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact • Develop proposals, scopes of work, and pricing strategies to win new projects • Provide technical leadership and direction for environmental compliance services in the region • Mentor and develop staff supporting Southeast projects; help build and scale a regional team over time • Contribute to strategic planning, including market positioning and service line growth • Establish best practices and ensure consistency in project delivery and client experience • Lead and manage complex, multi-disciplinary environmental compliance projects from initiation through completion • Serve as a project manager and client advisor for key accounts • Account for state-specific regulatory nuances across Southeastern states • Travel within the Southeast to support client development and project execution • Support on-site industrial compliance activities and oversee field investigations • Represent Foth at industry events

• Design, develop, test, and maintain production software • Apply design principles consistently across build, review, and test to produce maintainable, high-quality software • Leverage AI tools across the full development cycle with the judgment to critically evaluate and own AI-generated output • Contribute to system architecture discussions and apply mature design patterns to build highly available, resilient, performant, and secure systems • Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring alignment with design goals • Collaborate with product and stakeholders across product development, aligning on scope and business value • Identify and address technical debt that impedes team velocity and quality • Drive technical refinements, breaking epics and stories into executable tasks
