Summary The Enablement Specialist is a key contributor responsible for supporting agent performance, improving partner engagement, and enhancing the overall agent experience through high-quality training and enablement resources. This role focuses on building, maintaining, and delivering the tools agents need to be successful—from onboarding materials and job aids to training support and engagement communications. Working closely with Sales, Agent Support, and Growth, the Enablement Specialist ensures that resources, processes, and training initiatives are organized, accurate, and aligned with field needs. This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, coordination, and agent-facing support. Key Responsibilities · Assist Sales and Agent Support in identifying enablement needs across the agent lifecycle. · Create, update, and organize onboarding materials, job aids, FAQs, email templates, and step-by-step guides for agents. · Support the execution of training sessions, webinars, and resource rollouts in coordination with product launches and seasonal cycles. · Collect feedback from agents, partners, and internal teams to improve resources and identify process gaps. · Help manage ongoing enablement programs, including engagement touchpoints, milestone communications, and incentive communications. · Partner with Sales Ops to review activation and performance data and surface insights that support agent enablement initiatives. · Draft and maintain enablement communications, including playbooks, toolkits, and training updates for internal and external audiences. · Support special projects tied to new product rollouts, sales training, and agent support improvements. · Work closely with the VP of Growth and Enablement to ensure alignment with broader sales goals. Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, training support, marketing/communications, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and basic familiarity with agent or channel partner environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging materials.
- Comfortable supporting training initiatives and speaking on webinars or workshops.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with CRM, LMS, or enablement tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working cross-functionally.
