E&C Business Partner Lead – USAC Dental, HIS
Solventum
• Lead the E&C compliance program within the United States and Canada (USAC) • Support commercial and operational stakeholders in identifying and mitigating compliance risks • Monitor key compliance metrics and assist in the development of action plans & strategies • Review high-risk transactions and engagements • Act as primary point-of-contact for employee questions and concerns • Support execution of shared compliance responsibilities across USAC
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field completed and verified prior to start
- Seven (7) to Ten (10) years of proven hands-on experience in ethics and compliance, law, finance, audit or other governance processes
- Experience working in healthcare or life sciences industry with a multi-national corporation
- Fluent knowledge of applicable health care laws and regulations
- Advanced degree in Law (J.D) or Business (MBA)
- Experience with platforms such as Concur, Salesforce.com, PowerBI, SAP
- Self-starter with continuous improvement mindset
- Fluent in English
- Demonstrated project management and execution skills
