• Own the GRC Platform strategy and roadmap, delivering platform primitives and customer facing features leveraged across Vanta’s GRC product • Distill complex problems and opportunities into clearly prioritized product goals, focus for your team, and high-quality execution in collaboration with stakeholders across the company. • Partner closely with teams across GRC to develop a deep understanding of customer needs, identify opportunities for platform leverage, and translate those insights into intuitive, agentic experiences that solve critical user needs. • Drive AI-first product redesigns, including defining model evaluation criteria and managing the transition from legacy experiences to agent-led workflows. • Help define and shape Vanta’s product team culture as we grow

• Serve as a trusted thought partner, consultant, and coach to the SVP of Post-Sales and their leaders across Account Management, Customer Success, and Support • Serve as the primary point of contact for Director+ leaders across the global Post-Sales organization • Lead headcount planning for the Post-Sales org in partnership with Finance, RevOps, and Recruiting - from business justification through execution • Provide guidance and thought leadership on performance management, change management, employee relations, workforce and talent planning, career development, and manager development • Partner with leaders to foster a high-performance culture, driving initiatives that improve employee performance, engagement, and retention across the post-sales org • Collect and analyze data - attrition, engagement, performance, and customer health trends - to deliver insights and influence business decisions • Assess organizational health and effectiveness on a regular basis, identifying opportunities to improve structure, efficiency, and scalability as the org grows • Drive end-to-end project management and execution of critical People programs - performance reviews, compensation planning, talent reviews, and engagement surveys - for the post-sales client group • Partner cross-functionally with Talent, People Ops, Legal, Finance, and other GTM PBPs to ensure alignment across the broader Revenue organization • Act as a senior member of the PBP team, helping shape and evolve PBP programs, policies, and best practices across the function

Role Description We're scaling our Early Stage Sales team with customer-focused Account Executives who will take ownership of their entire sales cycle and distinguish Vanta as best-in-class to prospects in a burgeoning competitive landscape. What you’ll do as an Account Executive at Vanta: - Identify high-potential business verticals to develop and execute outbound strategies to engage them with Vanta. - Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, with a focus on expediting deals within a 30-day timeframe. - Turn our inbound demand into closed-new business and happy Vanta customers. - Manage our sales pipeline, improving and maturing our sales process and playbook. - Define and communicate the specific benefits of Vanta appropriate for each customer, including making sales materials and demos. - Collect insights from prospects for our product development process. Qualifications - Have had a closing and quota-carrying role 2+ years, while consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Be experienced in B2B SaaS, preferably in SMB with a focus on short deal cycles. - Be highly empathetic to customers, with a proven track record of long-term customer retention. - Possess the technical competency to understand Vanta’s software and build great relationships with highly technical prospects. - Have stellar problem-solving chops, and an enthusiasm for making a large impact early on at a start-up. - Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact. • Manage high-touch, SLED accounts serving as the primary client advocate and success owner. • Drive cross-functional coordination across multiple teams – including Product, Engineering, Security, and Legal – to ensure the successful onboarding, delivery, and implementation of Vanta at key accounts. • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning Vanta’s roadmap and security outcomes with mission needs, industry trends, and executive-level priorities. • Partner with Public Sector Account Managers to co-build and execute multi-year account plans, ensuring adoption milestones, expansion paths, and business outcomes are clearly defined and delivering values. • Lead onsite and virtual Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) at both pre- and executive-levels to reinforce value delivery and strategic alignment. • Proactively identify churn risks and successfully mitigate while identifying expansion opportunities using data insights and customer health metrics. • Act as a voice of the customer at scale, influencing Vanta’s product roadmap, GTM strategy, and support model to better serve public sector enterprises. • Travel at least once per month for onsite client visits, executive alignment, and strategic planning sessions.

• Own the annual planning and quarterly forecasting process end-to-end, driving alignment across GTM, EPD, and G&A on headcount, OPEX, and revenue assumptions with clear accountability at every layer of the business • Serve as the primary financial business partner to our executive team, delivering board-ready financial packages, leading BvA meetings, scenario analyses, and investment frameworks • Build and maintain the company's long-range financial model, tracking ARR, NRR, CAC/LTV, and unit economics across all customer segments • Drive product-level and segment-level P&L analysis, surfacing ARR performance to inform pricing & packaging, EPD investment, and go-to-market decisions • Partner with the accounting and rev rec teams to ensure our forecast methodology aligns with actuals and ensures long-term scalability • Lead the development of an enterprise-grade FP&A infrastructure, including planning tooling and reporting automation that gives the business real-time visibility into performance and variance • Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team, building career paths, instilling analytical standards, and creating a culture of precision and urgency

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day operations for Vanta's core financial systems such as ERP, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Financial Planning tools • Define and govern the financial data architecture: how data enters, moves through, and exits our financial systems, with clear ownership over schemas, hierarchies, and master data • Drive integrations between our ERP and adjacent systems, including Salesforce, CPQ, Zip, Ramp, Navan, etc • Own our FP&A planning platform as both an administrator and strategic architect, maintaining data model integrity, defining use cases, and developing a long-term roadmap • Design and maintain a finance data framework that defines how financial entities (cost centers, dimensions, segments) are structured across systems, enabling consistent reporting across the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow • Partner with the Data team to ensure financial data source systems are well-governed, reliable, and accessible • Own the systems and automation that support our monthly financial close cycle, including reconciliations, intercompany flows, currency consolidations, and more • Serve as the Finance systems lead on cross-functional projects with GTM Systems, Data, Accounting, and EPD, representing Finance's systems requirements • Manage vendor relationships to ensure high value realization and minimal support-related problems • Operate as a hands-on player-coach: own critical systems work directly while building and developing a small team of financial systems engineers, setting a high bar for technical quality and process rigor
