Executive Partner – High Tech
Gartner
• Manage up to 25-30 senior executive member relationships • Participate in account planning with Client Success Managers and Senior Account Executives • Engage in all phases of the member lifecycle • Ensure success by executing smooth hand-offs from the sales team • Responsible for member retention and growth in the region • Work with research analysts to develop and deliver relevant research • Define and deliver innovative solutions by assessing client member needs
Job Requirements
- Must be a senior business executive with demonstrated topic knowledge in developing and delivering overall Supply Chain strategy
- 10+ years’ experience working in a senior management role
- University graduate (Masters preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong reflective listening skills
- In-depth understanding of the business value of Supply Chain
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and manage ambiguous situations
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
