Senior Program Finance Analyst

Role Description Join a team dedicated to advancing national security through innovative irregular warfare and operations expertise. We are hiring a Senior Program Financial Analyst to support USCENTCOM and mission partners as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of the mission. You will be responsible for: - Financial analysis, including long-term financial planning, management reporting, and financial trends. - Leading the fiscal year planning process and consolidation. - Corporate department planning, forecasting, and evaluating financial plans. - Management of the indirect rate structures, annual planning, and forecast of rates. - Rate impact analysis and management reporting. This role can be done remotely and will support core business hours in Eastern Standard Time. Responsibilities - Create, maintain, and report all Task Order (TO) financial data to support the strategic plans of the client, Program Manager, Project Leads, and Program Operations Manager. - Develop baseline budgets, forecasts, and Estimates at Completion (EACs) detailing monthly and annual costs for labor, travel, materials, equipment, and ODCs. - Work in conjunction with Compliance and act as a liaison with DCMA/DCAA for forward pricing audits and analysis of actual rates. - Collect and analyze data including revenues, expenses, costs, investments, cash flow, profits, interest rates, and exchange rates. - Interface with program management and senior leadership. - Update forecasts and EACs monthly with actual costs incurred and updated forecast projections. - Track and analyze variances and trends on a monthly basis. - Coordinate with CACI corporate contract and financial resources to ensure compliance with contractual cost reporting requirements. - Coordinate updating contract pricing as needed for contract modifications and prepare Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates. - Respond to requests for financial data by preparing spreadsheets, financial presentations, briefing charts, and ad hoc financial reports. - Track all funding at funding source and project levels related to Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs). - Track and report CLINs as expended costs approach 75% of the funding for the CLIN. - Attend monthly Integrated Program Reviews (IPRs) and other battle rhythm events requiring financial support. - Review all project costs to ensure accounts and cost allocations are correct. - Analyze all subcontractor invoices and timecards for both CACI employees and subcontractors. - Manage subcontractors’ funding in accordance with prime contractor’s funding from the client. - Coordinate production of prime invoices and produce detailed backup documentation, including costs incurred but not billed. - Seek cost control improvements and process enhancements to streamline project financial recordkeeping and reporting. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field of study. - 7+ years of progressive professional experience in project/program management, quantitative analysis, or financial analysis. - Strong knowledge of federal regulations and laws related to budgeting and resource management. - Proficiency in automated program planning software applications. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Working knowledge of project management concepts and principles. - Prior experience with resource planning and understanding of budgeting practices. - Experience interfacing with the Program Manager and the Customer in an advisory capacity. Desired Qualifications - 7+ years of experience tracking Federal/DoD financial contracts and supporting the creation and tracking of financial deliverables. - Ability to analyze complex information and draw meaningful conclusions. - Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. - Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Pay Range The proposed salary range for this position is: $82,100-$172,400. Factors influencing final salary include geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
