• Serve as the central authority on BSNA branch operations, ensuring optimal utilization of Oracle IBS tools and processes. • Support, monitor, and coach branch operations to align with organizational objectives. • Lead initiatives driving consistency in Oracle IBS tool functionality. • Act as a liaison between BSNA business units and various teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with equivalent technical experience in finance and operations.
- Master’s degree in Business is strongly preferred.
- At least five years of program management experience, with specific expertise in contracts, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Proven proficiency with Oracle tools, program management, and change management.
