Job Description

Client Partner Program Manager

Tinuiti

• Oversee ways of working via task management software and productivity tools, driving accountability cross-channel for project delivery • Partner on process development with the Client delivery teams and Clients, owning roadmaps and workback schedules for tech-stack onboarding as well as planning cycles or key initiatives, as needed • Own administrative tasks, such as meeting scheduling, note-taking and meeting recaps, coordination with third-party vendors, team hub and process documentation, new member onboarding • Guide building cross-functional decks, occasionally supporting on presentations

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years of project management experience, preferably at digital agency
  • Proficient in project management softwares (e.g., Jira, Wrike, Asana) and productivity tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).
  • Exemplary organization skills with the ability to drive and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong oral and written communication to engage with internal and external stakeholders across various disciplines and leadership levels
  • Detail-oriented and methodical with the ability to adapt to changing scope, deadlines, and priorities
