Role Description As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Peratera, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle across the company - from proactive talent mapping and sourcing to closing. You will be the first dedicated TA hire, joining the Head of People to build a recruitment function that is data-informed, AI-assisted, and genuinely candidate-centric. You will recruit across both technical and business roles - covering engineering, product, compliance, operations, and commercial teams - often sourcing internationally across multiple markets. Your Tech Environment - ATS: Personio (primary), with integrations to LinkedIn and job boards - Sourcing & outreach: LinkedIn Recruiter, JuiceBox and AI-powered outreach tools - AI & automation: tools for CV screening, candidate scoring, and pipeline analytics - Candidate pipeline: structured scorecards, async interviewing, interview kits What You’ll Do - Own the full recruitment cycle - from intake and briefing through to offer and onboarding - Build a proactive talent pipeline through talent mapping and market intelligence - Source candidates through LinkedIn, niche communities, and referral networks - Manage international recruitment across multiple geographies (EU and CIS markets) - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes - Drive recruitment efficiency through automation and AI-powered tools - Maintain data hygiene in Personio - candidate records, pipeline stages, hiring metrics - Track and report on key TA KPIs Qualifications - 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in product-focused technology companies, ideally with exposure to fintech or payments - Fluency with modern ATS platforms - you understand how they work, not just how to post a job - Proven track record hiring for both technical roles and business roles - Hands-on experience with talent mapping, sourcing, and building pipelines from scratch - Proven experience sourcing and hiring talent across international markets - Active user of AI recruitment tools - you've used them in practice, not just heard of them - Excellent written and verbal communication in English Nice to Have - Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and outreach automation tools - Experience building or improving recruitment workflows and templates from scratch - Understanding of contractor vs. employee hiring across different jurisdictions What You’ll Get - Competitive, market-aligned compensation - Opportunity to work on a high-impact product with real-world scale - Direct collaboration with the Head of People and visibility across all hiring decisions - A real fintech environment - fast-moving, international, never boring - International, distributed team with a collaborative mindset - Remote-friendly setup with flexible working hours - Supportive team culture focused on knowledge sharing and ownership

Role Description The Regional Recruiter for Northeast Recruitment will primarily be responsible for undergraduate student recruitment within the Northeast region including the New York metro area and New England. Responsibilities will include: - Recruitment travel within assigned territory. - Review of applications for other regions in the college’s primary markets. - Representing Virginia Tech at college fairs, high school visits, CBO and IEC presentations, spring college nights, college summer camps, etc. - Evaluating assigned applications and aiding in the yield of admitted students. - Maintaining extensive personal contact with prospects, parents, counselors, and other educational professionals via various communication methods. - Arranging off-campus recruitment and yield programs and receptions. - Managing or co-managing programs that contribute to the overall success of the Office of Undergraduate Admissions recruitment efforts. - Participating in Alumni and Parent Admissions Events, CBO Outreach, Counselor Luncheons, Counselor Tours, social media campaigns, etc. A good deal of evening and weekend work will be required, as will extensive travel.
